Got here for a car meet recommended to eat here by a friend don't know if he was playing a joke on me or not, arrived at 8:30ish hostess sat us down pretty fast. Waitress took our order pretty fast as well. I ordered chips and salsa my friends orders wings and other stuff. fast forward like an hour and a half they start bringing out our food one by one. My friends got their food before i got my chips and then another waitress tells us that their all out of chips. after waiting that long to not even get what i ordered is pretty crazy. at least they gave us the food for free. other people that got here after us got their food first.the scene of the restaurant was pretty cool. the wait time however was not don't recommend this place unless its really slow. cool staff tho

The food was awful, we ordered a burger and a grilled cheese. My grilled cheese came out 15 mins after the burger and it was cold, black burnt bread & it was just one slice of American Kraft cheese.The only redeeming quality of this place is Aria, the bartender. She was quick to bring whatever we needed and friendly.

The WORST!!! Friday in Vegas, they’re OUT OF LETTUCE and STEAK, except lettuce was on items ??‍♀️. Every order was wrong! Took OVER 30 minutes for a grilled cheese. 1piece of Kraft slices cheese. You’d get a bigger breakfast burrito at Taco Bell. Do NOT waste your time or money. Even the manager didn’t care at all

Probably the worst service I’ve ever had. Skylar was our waitress and she took our order with her wrinkle less brain, no notepad so guess what? Of course she messed up our order. On top of that, we had to wait over an hour just to get a lemonade? Also, half their menu wasn’t available because they were all out?? I ordered watermelon, waited a whole hour, just for Skylar to say “they were suppose to tell you we’re out? WHO’S THEY? Mimosas end at 5. Skylar came up to us and asked if we wanted another mimosa (keep in mind other tables were getting two glasses at a time and we were only getting one) and we said yes at 4:25. 20 minutes passed and no mimosa. She came back to us at 4:45 and asked us if we wanted another mimosa refill as if she forgot she had already asked us 20 minutes ago?? So we’re like yes? We’re still waiting on ours. She comes back at 5:03 WITH NO MIMOSAS just to say “sorry, we stop serving mimosas at 5” like are you kidding me??? Sooo horrible. Do not go here, go to downtown terrace. So much better food and service. This place is all looks and horrible service and food.

Their website was having technical difficulties to where I couldn't make a reservation online, so when we showed up just as a walk in because of that, they had no tables available inside unless I was going to be in and out within 1 hour. So we did the table outside. DJ had good music, food was pretty good but the service was meh. Our waitress seemed bothered that we had questions and or requests with our food. When the bill came, I gave my friend my card to pay my part while I went to the bathroom. I came back and my friend paid the bill but when she added her tip, they put the same amount for me. I didn't put that amount so it really bothered me that they just took the card on the machine without printing out a copy of the bill to pay that way. To me that makes things super awkward when they stand there waiting for you to forcefully put a tip in without looking over the bill. That's the only thing I would change and wish I had seen the bill so I had a chance to write in my own amount. And also no pin number was given to accept the amount or anything. I would also suggest having a full menu of the weekends. That makes no sense to have the full menu Monday-Thursday but on the weekends you only have brunch available. Wish I would've known prior to driving out there.

Visiting from Dallas.The thing on the website were not available. No bacon, no bteakfast, cold food, slow service....and so on and so on $287 We paid our Bill... i did not say we did not pay! This was a poor experience.

Unfortunately they had one chef which caused an incredible delay on getting food out to customers. Food wasn't hot when it finally arrived. In addition, it took about 30-45 minutes to get a glass of water after being seated. Waiter was very nice and apologized in advance that there might be delays due to lack of kitchen staff. Hopefully 18 bin will be hiring additional staff immediately.

I was giving this place another chance. Went when it opened and the service was horrible. Well nothing has changed. The service is still horrible. The food is good.

Service was slow and we were not acknowledged for at least 20 minutes. Food came out cold and needed to return. We were charged twice however staff caught it after. There was a clear shortage in staff for a busy Sunday brunch.

Started off a little rough. Waited 10+ minutes to be seated even with a reservation, 10+ minutes to be brought menus and greeted by a server, 10+ for our drinks to arrive and a half hour on the dot for our entrees to arrive. Food was great, atmosphere was great, but the back of house needs to get it together I think.

We went in a Friday for brunch. The outdoor patio area is GORGEOUS and a vibe! They have a live dj playing top 40 music with blending in her own style. It was a little cold outside but they have heaters available. My rating is 3 stars because of the vibe, service, and ambiance. The food was subpar. I wanted to order the CBLTA which is a BLT with a grilled chicken breast and avocado. However, my waitress told me they ran out of chicken breasts. Mind you, our reservation was at 11am and they opened at 10am. So I ended up ordering the breakfast burrito with tater tots inside. It was pretty bland except the bacon and tater tots added some salt. My friend ordered the steak and egg sandwich and she said the steak tasted like the meat came from a TV dinner. We would return and try something different simply based on the vibe and service.

Went here with a group and everything was a stressful mess. Disorganized staff, I had to physically get up to find my waitress 3 time. Received the wrong drink, I would recommend litterally anywhere else for brunch, don't let IG fool you. I'll make my avacado toast at home next time. Staff doesn't care because gratuity is built into your bill which is unfortunate in this case.
