I don’t know how I didn’t know about this place. The food was amazing. The cheesesteak and burrito were excellent but their fries with fried chicken stole the show. This is my new spot for late night deliciousness.
What can I say about this place except for that It was excellent! I have been following this food truck on TikTok for over three years and finally made my way to Vegas to try it. It exceeded my expectations by a lot!
I had the green chili burrito with the Kraken fries, We also got the cheesecake sandwich and a Cuddy juice, which is a house blend of Sprite and pineapple and pear I believe. It was also good and the portions were absolutely insane! They do not skimp, One burrito And the fries that come with it with chicken on top was enough to feed both my wife and myself with leftovers. The cheesecake with the strawberry blueberry sauce that comes on top was excellent, Honestly, probably one of my favorite cheesecakes ever. And the Cutty juice I definitely recommend, it was way too good if you’re into sweet. Overall 9.6/10! Food trucks don’t get any better than this. As a matter fact, they should take notes from how the guy runs his business. And go follow his TikTok, Instagram and whatever social medias he has. They don’t serve a lot of different stuff, but they do it all really good.
10/10 drove from washington state to try it. Crust on the cheese cake the next day 10/10 🫶
Must stop. Great food and great team!
To be honest, I would not come back at all. My family came to try the cheesecake sandwich, and we should’ve listened to the comments. It’s over priced and the quality was no where near worth what we paid. I tried everything individually to get individual flavors and as a whole. The cheesecake was bland; the cream was inconsistent with the mixture; the jam was flavorless; the graham cracker crust was hard and over cooked. Everything had the same flavor profile and none of it blended or worked well together like it should. On top of all that, the cheesecake I had, tasted like coffee. Seems to me that they use the same utensils and prep station as their tiramisu without proper sanitation between to avoid cross contamination. On top of which, the cheesecake left a very bad aftertaste to the point where you would almost throw up from it. Highly disappointing. I personally think they found a niche that went viral overnight and now they’re lacking consistency and quality to maintain the viral appeal. Baking is a hard thing to master and it’s very unforgiving. It tasted like they didn’t care. I would not return, personally. Nor would I recommend it.
They have very good customer service they engaged with us before they were ever open and let us know it would be 20 before they opened. We were first in line and they had one heck of a line by the time they opened. Food was great huge portions. Worth the wait and the money
Made me blow ass. 10/10, will be back.
I came from the 303 to try and I must say this is a HORRIBLE representation of 303. I was not impressed at all. I tried the chicken fries (crackin fries or whatever it’s called) the chicken was dry. There was barely sauce and the fries tasted like they came out the bag, no flavor.
I DO not recommend this place and was extremely disappointed especially after paying $20 for some fries.
@chubbys I can get a chubby size chilli cheese fri and drink for $15 🤣 yall need to take note
I’ve been seeing this food truck pop up on my Instagram feed for months, and I finally had the chance to try it while visiting Las Vegas. It’s located in the parking lot of a strip club, definitely a unique setting, but there was no line, and the service was excellent.
I ordered a slice of tiramisu, and it was absolutely delicious. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor, it definitely lived up to the taste expectations. However, for the price of that single slice, I felt like I could’ve bought an entire cake elsewhere. The hype and maybe a bit of clever marketing seem to have inflated the price.
I get that it’s located in Las Vegas, just off the Strip, but even so, I believe the slice could be priced under $10. Still, it was a great treat, and I’m curious to try the cheesecake next time, since that seems to be their most popular dessert.
Crackin Fried Chicken Fries were awesome. Philly Cheesesteak was good too.
Get the Chicken Fries!!!

got a burrito, dirty dog and thr cheesecake. The burritos were too SALTY and peppery. so seasoned but not making it delicious. The cheesecake topping was really good, the filling too. But the crust was terrible. I think it was too much all spice?
Totally disappointed…. the people ahead of us hadn’t gotten their order taken when we first got in line. By the time the guy finally start taking orders we were in line for about 20 mins. As soon as it was our turn the guy didn’t say a word. Absolutely nothing! He just turned around and went on about his business. At this point we’ve been in line for 30ish minutes. We waited an extra 15 and he still hadn’t acknowledged us. ( Not even a “ I’m a little backed up so it’ll take me a few minutes to take your order) I was so excited to try this place but the experience was terrible. To be completely ignored like that was shocking. I totally understand being busy but some communication would be nice……. After waiting in line for about a total of 45+ minutes we just left. Never got to try the food or even speak to anyone. Arrived around 8:10pm left at 8:57pm Mind you my husband took me here to celebrate my first Mother’s Day. I’d seen this place on TikTok and wouldn’t stop talking about it… he knows I’m a big foodie and this was such a great surprise for me but it was absolutely ruined.
203 In the Cut has great food at great prices!! Everyone in and visiting Las Vegas should visit one of the two locations. The Green chili burrito was amazing I am from Albuquerque New Mexico the home of green chili and this took me back home! And service is awesome
No Green Chili Burritos… So, I tried something, I was hungry. It was 10pm ish, they were waiting on the other truck location to bring the burritos. I got the cheesecake, it was ok and definitely not worth $17 and some change. Maybe I did not eat the two pieces of cheesecake right. The two pieces did not taste the same. The crust was a little dry and had an acquired taste. Seemed like a strong hint of clover, anise, nutmeg, and some other flavors that are not normally paired with cheesecake. The berry sauce was good, the cheesecake was slightly lacking. Again, it was ok and not worth $17.
My first time here was in February and I’ve been back 5 times already even though I’m 2 hours away!
Awesome service and amazing food
Each item easily feeds two.
Churros and Tiramisu are my favorites as well as the drinks!
