Half the burrito was all egg and the other half was all chorizo. You're supposed to mix the ingredient not make a 50/50 burrito for 10 bucks

As everyone else has stated, it's 2 employees only and it can take almost an hour to get your burrito. Avoid at all costs if you are in a rush.

2 employees trying to service a line full individuals trying to catch flights is insane. However it took 40 minutes for a burrito. One lady almost had to leave her food.

Not sure why understaffed but it needs to get better. Food is good. One staff stayed over his shift with a smile. He was cool as a cucumber while the guy at the register his stress showed.

I hope they get it together. The girl who called her coworker weird. Try and be compassionate you cutting your eyes and talking behind his back was a little uncalled for.

Extraordinarily slow service and rude staff. I understand they were understaffed and overworked, but a thank you can go a long way in customer service. Instead, I basically got my burrito shoved at me, and with a rude tone, the server said “here’s your food.” Not only that, but the young, attractive gentleman behind me was both served before me and was served with a smile and a thank you. This was the first and will be the last time I eat at this establishment.

Food unfortunately does not live up to the name Gourmet Burrito. Staff were incredibly rude, I'm assuming overwhelmed/overworked as this is an airport location, although I was the only one there at the time.

I Order nachos at this place in Las Vegas airport. I couldn’t even eat them because then I looked at the floor in the kitchen area and it was absolutely filthy.

If your business is advertised to close at 9:30pm, stay open. Especially in an airport, where people have been traveling all day, have late flights, etc.

Arrived at 9:02 and the employee working laughed and said they were closed for food. It’s not like arrived at 9:25. Cmon.

I haven't had any bad cashier service like this before. She needs to learn how to serve for people. Slow, no communication, ho happiness at all. Please leave your stress before u come to ur job!! Kitchen lady was nice but kitchen is dirty old dried rice, salsa and beans are everywhere.

Really nothing positive about this experience. The signs and furnishings are old and beat up, the staff was completely distracted, and it was not sanitary. The woman making burritos took a call on her personal cell phone while preparing the food. She wore the same gloves to answer her phone as she did to touch the burrito. The burrito we ordered was really awful and we couldn't eat it. The meat tasted days old.
