If there was a negative review option for this location I would give it. Ann 9/12 the so called manager is the worst problem solver. Looking up corp numberShe accused my husband of stealing the ice cream listed on this recipe

Very bad crew and zero customer service the Latino manager is the worse person to take order I asked to remove one thing off the smoothie she said that she was to busy to do that and I can go somewhere else if I didn’t like it very rude we end up leaving the place family of 5 they lost our business because of her attitude I will never try this place again as long as she is there. I wish the management would reach out to me so I can explain in details.

Showed up almost 10 minutes before they close and they already shut off the machines. Was told we couldn't order juice because the machine was already cleaned.

I've only tried the delicious crepes from here. There is a Hispanic lady like in her late 30's or early 40's who didn't seem happy to be working there the four days I was in Vegas, but the crepes are so delicious here that I had to give it a 5 star.

Okay, so it ain't cheap, but it was pretty darn good. We had the New Yorker and All American crepes and both were very good.

Wouldn’t go again. Limited CoVid menu ?. Steak came not very hot. Put in back semi-private room. Steak was good. Seasoned nicely. Thom was great. But won’t go back.

Great atmosphere / staff / decor / lighting. We split the Tomahawk sirloin and lobster Mac n cheese, paired with Viejo Roja red wine. Will eat here again. Luxor is underrated.

There was only one person ahead of us with two employees but for some reason we waited a good 15 minutes to even meet eyes with anyone that worked here. My husband and I came to get breakfast crepes here, they have no eggs. That's fine, we'll just get the crepes with no eggs. There's only 3 that are listed to have no eggs, the Crepizza, Texan, and Fitness, but 2 of those 3 have mushrooms. They have no mushrooms. Worker was flippant and had a very rude "that's too bad for you" attitude. I wish I could give 0 stars, not coming here again.

I wish they wouldn’t say they were open when they aren’t. Went there at 7:15pm on a Wednesday because the mgm website says they close at 8pm and it says 10pm on google maps, and the place was closed. I can’t seem to catch this place when it’s open.

Had dinner with my beautiful wife on New Years Eve. My wife had Filet Mignon and I had a bone in Ribeye. Both steaks were very good. We also enjoyed a lobster tail, asparagus, and baked potato. It was a nice dinner and we both enjoyed our time together.

Wasn't sure if it was open for business, myself and another gentleman were wondering why they hadn't unlocked the door. I've been back two times after and they were still not in operation. ?

Had dinner for 4 at Tender Steakhouse. For $75 - $100 per person (excluding drinks) so not worth it. Ceasar Salad and calamari fair at best. Very bland. Had to ask for more salad dressing to give it some flavor. Roasted chicken was good. Shrimp scampi was not what was expected. Bread was good. Service was fair. I think our waiter was overworked based on how much he was sweating and dripping. The guy clearing tables dropped dishes twice. If you are looking for a truly good steakhouse in Vegas, you could do much better.

The steaks were great and tasty. My wife's steak was little salty but perfectly done. The environment is OK. The service is superior by Mr. Juan G. He pays great attention to us with a big smile. We had a great Valentines dinner.
