The worst 711 in las vegas. They close at 11pm? Since when does a 711 close so early in Las Vegas? A law suit waiting to happen. On top of that you have a bunch of drug addicts as staff. This is not gonna end well for this location

Overnight staff is completely useless. Walked up to the location with the doors locked. There was a door bell, rang it for assistance. Saw the dude working behind the counter lift his head from the counter to look at me to lay right back down and ignore me. After reminding him that it's a 24 hour location he finally got up from his nap and pretended to do things around the store, but refused to answer the door. Called the location to which the employee told me to come back 2 hours later when they were open. There were no signs posted, or anything. Just a lazy employee sleeping on the job and arguing with me about doing the job they are paid for

ZERO STARS! Whos the manager of this location?? I READ THE REVIEWS AND CLEARLY FOR OVER A YEAR NOW THIS STORE CANT FOLLOW HOURS OF OPPS!? SICK N TIRED OF THE B.S. FOLLOW YOUR HOURS OF OPERATIONS. THE young kid working tonight 12/17/23 @ around 2:20am i took pictures Closed yet again? This Location always seems to be closed around this time frame. It's becoming a trend and not a good one for sales. And the the stores reputation. When it comes to the customers, it's supposed to be serving during its said to be twenty four Hours of operation.Every time I have visited this location within the past month. I have had to be rerouted To go somewhere else for gas. It's such an inconvenience especially when you are on your last few miles to the gallon I have also Notice a pattern, it's always when the specific younger dark-skinned with dreads. Gentlemen, who looks like he is high out of his mind is working.Search night story when I ask why they are closed. He began to elaborate on how the shifts before him. And I quote was robbed and then he said. And I quote she only wants to let the gamblers inside right now. Oh, and I don't have any money in the cash register. You would have money first of all, knows if you would allow your customers to utilize the business.If I could give anybody a word of advice, would you have overnight? Workers best believe it is a must to have them checked on. This guy is running your store into the ground. He is high out of his mind. He's got people in their own machines gambling. He refuses to let all these people that are sitting out here get gas or any essentials that they need. He looks like he is taken too many drugs. He's paranoid walking around looking around. Answer really bad, look to have somebody like that. Working for you, it's a major loss in sales. None of the story made any sense, and at the same time. Why would you have no money in your registers? Why would you be dis spursing all this information to a customer? Who is just coming to buy some gas? And why would you have people in the store if it was just robbed where the police and the police report? This is insane, definitely dramatic behavior type of vibes. And every other time I've come here. He's been high the people that are in their gambling. Look like his friends and I would be worried if I was you. Because if there is no money in the register, i'd begin to go ahead and question. If maybe him in, this friends took the money and our gambling until he decides to take off. He did look very paranoid, so hopefully. Somebody does read this comment soon. And I really do hope that you find the help that you need. And I hope that you guys do a better job on serving your customers. Because this is beyond ridiculous, especially on 7 elevens behalf. This is a nice chain corporation. And what do you guys doing running? The name into the ground like, let's get it together.

Every night at random times this place is locked up and closed. It's 12:42 a.m., stopped to get gas, closed.... this like the third time this week... not coming back for a fourth

I came in because I have six pins in my hip and it was cold and they said "we have too many people standing around you need to leave." Guy was rude as all hell and when I explained the pain I was in he did not care. Never again. I was going to buy coffee but screw these guys and Thier ableism.

Came here about 2pm on a Tuesday and was told the store was closed because of the teenagers hanging outside. Well I’m not a teenager and there were people inside purchasing but I wasn’t let in. Won’t be back to this location.

How are you going to have 69 cent large big gulp deal but only have x large big gulp cups.

After 3 months of telling them there soda machine was not dispensing diet dr. Pepper correctly and I was having to dump out full extra large big gulp full ice and 1/2 way filled with soda and they needed to put a out of order sign on it and get it fixed to work correctly i was told that if I was going to complain about them not fixing they didnt need my $400+ a month business as I came in every day and done my small grocery shopping there also, and got gas from them. So i havent set foot in business since and I'm trying to take 10 regular everyday shoppers with me also. I'm up to 4 others, that this store is local for and Also go in daily. If the clerks are RUDE and Refuse to service products or fix issues and the owner doesnt care about losing HUNDRED OF DOLLARS in business, there is a speedy mart not even half a block away that IS freindly and helpful. Better priced and WANTS your business.
