I've been a regular customer since 2020, but had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. After placing our order, the front desk employee left our drinks near the lid station and went outside to talk with friends. A second staff member began serving customers who arrived after us, looked at our drinks and at us, but chose to ignore us. Despite the store not being busy, we had to wait at the front asking for assistance while both employees remained out of sight. Eventually, my boyfriend had to open the front door just to trigger the doorbell and get someone’s attention. It was frustrating to be ignored while other customers were promptly served with fresh drinks. This is not the level of service we’ve come to expect, especially given how friendly the staff used to be.

Worst 7leaves location!!! I’ve been a loyal 7leaves customer since 2016, always promoting them to friends and family. Over the pandemic I noticed places have been skimping. Today, my usual House Coffee was not even filled half way!! I mentioned it to the clerk and she didn’t care to take care of it, stating this is not how we do it here. She decided to charge me extra, hence full cup in photo after extra charge. It’s no wonder the Phin Smith nearby is winning crowds over.

Cute little coffee spot. Friendly service. Wonderful macaroons. Wish they had decaf coffee and tea options but they do not. I settled for the Sunset Passion and Orange Dream which were both delicious!

My friend ordered a tarot milk tea. The price was quite decent and lower than many other boba tea places that we’ve been too. And the boba tea was pretty good. Yet
1. the cashier/server didn’t call our name when the milk tea was long ready and we waited more than 10m and didn’t get the tea until we got impatient and approached the cashier to inquire.
2. They don’t offer different sweeten level choices at all in this cafe for the boba tea.

Overall speaking, will go back if we’ll be in the neighborhood next time due to good value of the tea despite of the so-so service.

Good atmosphere for working on school work with complementary Wi-Fi. The Vietnamese coffee is good. Decent seating near wall outlets. Friendly associate.

I've always been a fan of 7Leaves since living in SoCal many years ago.

Got the Oolong Milk Tea here and it's tasty. A tad sweet, but perfect as an occasional treat.

The staff at this location were very friendly. Melissa was very helpful with explaining drinks and seeing how she interacted with the other guests, you could tell she really cares about her customers. Great customer service, thanks!
