Hello,

I’m a tourist who visited your store in Las Vegas yesterday morning. I ordered 10 drinks (8 with no ice, 2 regular) and 1 macaron to go. Unfortunately, when I returned to my home state, I realized the macaron was missing from the bag, even though it was paid for.

I would really appreciate it if you could check the security footage from that morning to help verify the situation.

Honestly, I really enjoy the drinks here — it’s one of my favorite spots every time I return to Vegas, whether it’s after 3 months, 6 months, or even a year. However, I’ve noticed during several visits that the service from staff tends to be quite unfriendly. Most recently, the female staff member on duty in the morning didn’t greet or smile, which made the experience less warm.

I’m sharing this feedback because I hope to see the service improve to match the quality of the drinks that I love.

Taro tea was pretty good and hubby's coffee was good. It was a salted coffee and had too much salt for me. But he enjoyed it. I was sad because we went in at 10am and they didn't have Boba. The macarons were yummy.

Ordered for delivery and half of the order was missing. Can’t even get in contact with the store because the phone number doesn’t work. How do you run a business without a working phone number. Very disappointing.

I absolutely love the drinks at 7Leaves Cafe! Everything is consistently fresh and flavorful. The service is always top-notch — the staff are friendly, welcoming, and quick. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, making it a great place to hang out or grab something on the go. Highly recommend!

Among the better Asian sweet drink spots in town. The house special tea is unmatched. Might be too sweet for some but you could ask for less sweet. Sea cream black coffee also good. Brew tea bar is probably still best for boba but not by much.

Pretty straightforward place and review. Excellent cold drinks for the summer. Haven’t delved too deeply into the menu yet but everything I’ve tried has been good. Not sure if all locations the same but if you’re in spring mountain Chinatown area definitely stop by if you haven’t yet.

I just ordered the taro milk tea size L with crystal boba today. The drink was sweeter and okay which I hoped to be better. When I drank haft of the drink, I found rubber hair with some green stuffs attached on it which looked like came from the dishwashing sponge. I stopped drinking it and threw that away. I was worried about cleanliness and safety issues when handling food products. I believed I won’t be back or recommend this place.

It was actually my first time here, and the service was outstanding! I was indecisive about which coffee to choose, and the barista actually let me try two different samples of the most popular coffees. I chose house coffee, which was absolutely delicious!

Dec 26 about 215pm. I showed the worker my app to scan for points and he said they don't scan and I need to order on their app. Not true. I have other locations scan all the time. Lazy cashier.
