Dec 26 about 215pm. I showed the worker my app to scan for points and he said they don't scan and I need to order on their app. Not true. I have other locations scan all the time. Lazy cashier.

This place has always been really good with their beverages but their service has always been so awful , I’ve always ignored the bad service but as new employees came in ; the worse the service was . The girl infront said hello then saw we were indecisive and stormed off , came back , took our order , aggressively gave us our macaroons then later slammed our boba on the counter and didn’t say anything at all , never smiled even once . Her name is ‘ Kuma ‘ , this is a boba place , it’s honestly not that hard to have a decent experience but this is just back to back awful experiences .

Best coffee ever. I need one in Hesperia, though!! House blend is just perfection in a cup. Not too sweet, strong enough and the sea salt foam top is the best!! The salted caramel macarons are addicting!!

Happy to support Vietnamese business here in Vegas! House coffee with boba is good as usual and excellent prices while other places are exceeded over $8.
One thing: need to train the staff who take order cuz the girl who helped me had zero knowledge about the store or the business. I asked three questions and she kept saying I don’t really know. If she doesn’t know, gotta go ask someone who knows and answer her clients.
She doesn’t know who is the owner of the business doesn’t know what is the fundraising that they put on thecounter for

Our favorite place to always stop by for drinks and boba. They’re super fast and they never disappoint. It’s always clean and consistent. The only thing that sucks is their parking lot.

Coffee is amazing but I can't give you five stars on service because all your locations are basically on one side of town and the rest of Las Vegas area which would be more Henderson there is absolutely no locations so one star overall tell you guys put a Henderson location

Drink is delicious. Went there for my first time since it's been on my radar for some time now. Especially since they have a couple of nostalgic looking ones. However, when I visited, there was no acknowledgement or a welcoming atmosphere. If anything, I felt uncomfortable. Mostly because the cashier did not smile nor said anything to me. I was only looking at someone who has an rbf to customers but not to her workers. I definitely enjoy tea leaves' quality but maybe not the atmosphere and service for this location.

The workers are pure teenagers not one adult in sight!! The workers were literally giggling and laughing They took so long for 5 drinks and there were only two customers and they already had their drinks…. The taro has a odd flavor to it..

I order online to avoid the wait and I arrive at the place and it took them 25 minutes to give me two simple drinks what a bad service and the lady is very rude she don’t said nothing she only walking

The wait was too long, and the clerk made the milk tea slowly and without any sense of urgency.

This place is slow AF and their online orders don't even go through. So you show up at the estimated time for pick up and they haven't even heard of you. So I show them the receipt, they make the drink, get it wrong, and I just don't care enough to wait for them to redo it. The vibe is also just barren surely there's better places to get boba.
