The open kitchen concept lets you see the chefs in action, while the outdoor patio offers a relaxed vibe for brunch or a night out.
Their Philly cheesesteak is packed with tender steak and melty cheese, while the red curry with shrimp and vegetables brings a rich, aromatic kick. For something lighter, the arugula salad with burrata and balsamic glaze is a fresh and flavorful option.
This is one of my favorite spots for a casual business lunch because they can easily combine tables to accommodate late arrivals, and the service is top notch.

The staff is so friendly and the food is excellent! Every visit to Las Vegas includes a stop at 7th & Carson. We shared the stuffed French toast and a BLT with avacado. Delish!

Great menu variety from salads, flatbreads, burgers, sandwiches. I had the veggie burger, house made combo of black beans, veggies, garbanzo beans and seasonings, very tasty. Others had the margarita flatbread very delish, salads looked amazing! Service is outstanding always checking on our table and drinks! A great experience

Best place in Vegas for brunch! The food is amazing! This is my second time coming everyone I go to Vegas this place is a must. There is not one bad item on the menu. Maria was an excellent waitress. Can't wait to go back and have the best brunch in the city. Their bottomless mimosas are top tier!

WOW!!!!! To say this restaurant exceeded our expectations is an under statement. Liam and his crew did a phenomenal job! From the moment I coordinated the dinner, I knew this place was special! We were 38 people after our daughters wedding in the outside patio. Liam had heaters for us (early March), music, lights and even a little table set up for the bride and groom with a fresh flowers. All the little details did not go unnoticed! Not one person in our group had a compliant. They all loved the food, the cocktails, the service and the absolutely PERFECT vibe. Everything was brought out on time with beautiful presentation! Everyone was super attentive to our group and made us all feel very welcome and special! The best part of the night was when our daughter looked over at our son in law and said "this is perfect" while they were eating and looking at all of their friends and family! The walk to Fremont Street afterwards only took 6 min. Plenty of parking. Also, had brunch there the day before and it was super yummy!!! Thank you to everyone at 7th & Carson!!!!!

Had a great brunch at 7th & Carson! The carnivore omelette was exactly what I was hoping for—loaded with meats, melty cheese, and packed with flavor. The potatoes were a standout—freshly cut, well-seasoned, and definitely not your average hashbrowns.
The chicken & waffles was decent, but I was hoping for a bit more flavor. That said, the Watermelon Shugga was dangerously good—even for someone who usually enjoys their liquor neat and without the extras.
Great atmosphere, solid food, and some creative drink options. Would definitely come back!
