Exactly what I was hoping to find at the end of a 5-mile walk up the strip from Caesars. A fabulous Irish Breakfast (where do they get Black Pudding out here?!), with fresh OJ and a French Press of coffee.

I give them a 5 star review due very largely to the hands on approach of the Owner! My wife and I stepped in during brunch hour on Valentines and the owner got the table bussed for us to get us seated promptly and as bzzz as it was waitress got to us quickly also, food was delivered very timely...it's not that the food was any better here but atmosphere, service, and to view an owner being humble enough to work alongside his team in quite the leadership/ teamwork tandem made this restaurant a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful experience. We got to meet to the owner Liam and our waiter Javier was great! The food was amazing, bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary. Amazing wood fired pizzas and eggs Benedict was wonderful! It was my birthday and they made it special!

Delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding service. April was amazing attentive, friendly, and made our visit even better. The owner was also fantastic and clearly takes pride in the restaurant.

We went here for brunch. Just good food and nice atmosphere. Off the strip and you almost forget ur in Vegss. The owner was busing tables and chatting with us while we had bottomless mimosas. Way better than the places in the casinos that sell you over sized portions that are just meh in flavor.

7th & Carson has become my go to brunch spot when I visit Las Vegas. The space is relaxing and inviting. I love sitting outside on their patio. The food is delicious and I am a big fan of their bottomless mimosa option that comes with a large variety of different juices. The service is attentive, fun and welcoming. Shout out to Javier who gave us great service during our last visit!

Second time here and it was better than the first. Breakfast pizza is amazing, and breakfast potatoes were crispy, hearty and not overdone and the pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The dough on the breakfast pizza was fresh and soft, and big enough to share.
The French press coffee was a god sent after a night on the strip.
The staff was super friendly and attentive. The checked up on us a lot 10 out of 10, will recommend.
