Simple and delicious noodle house. I wouldn't recommend it if you're not staying at the resort. The food was overly salted and bland otherwise. I love a good noodle house and we were greeted with refusals of requests to modify slightly even though it wasn't a huge deal. The sips are really limited and we love a cocktail or a great beer. They don't really do any of those things.

Server JC was very good. Once he showed up, but the start of service was extremely slow from the restaurant as a whole. It wasnt nearlt at capacity and toook 15 minutes to even be acknowledged as a customer. To be clear, ever worker was nice and inviting but when it came to actual services it wass almost nonexistent. Not the staff fault as much as the management fault, as fas as I could see.

The food here is mediocre at best on a good day. Today, I was served overdone duck that was definitely microwaved too long on rubbery bao buns. I see no purpose for Chairnan/President priority service at this establishment. On a positive note. The staff here are generally very pleasant and somewhat attentive when customers require seating. After your food is served, you may not see your server again. I cannot recommend this establishment to friends or family.

We were excited to try 8 Noodle Bar, but the service really missed the mark. While the food came out quickly, our waitress didn’t check on us again. We waited a long time for our check and had to ask another staff member for help. When the waitress finally brought it, she barely acknowledged us, leaving the card on the table without saying anything. Unfortunately, the lack of attentive service made the experience disappointing, and we don’t plan on returning.

We ordered this to go at the counter because they were very busy. They said it would be a 40 minute wait for a table. And we had a movie in 40 minutes. The food took close to 20 minutes for to go which I guess is not horrible. We ordered the wonton soup and it was decent. Only downside was the $22 price. Everything tasted fine but the broth was questionable

I would come here many times many years ago, just for the special fried rice, which was excellent. Today I tried the vermicelli which was average to below average. The pork came out cold, the egg rolls or egg roll was super small and tasteless. My server was a kind gentleman, bit not particularly attentive as it took forever to get my check. I doubt I would come back here again, just based upon on the low quality of food. The review score or rating is just above four, which means it’s on its way down. Can’t imagine it getting any better.

LOVED 8 Noodle Bar!! The food is amazing and has great service. Service was fast and very friendly. my favorite dish was the orange chicken. It has been the BEST i ever tried. Hands down to the chefs, the food is fantastic!
This place used to be fantastic. The Shaking Beef was perfect. Idk why they changed but the last 2 visits it has been inedible. The beef is now cooked to crunchy on the outside dry on the inside. So sad!!

I have to shout out to JC our sever. He is very attentive and just a great guy. If you get him as a server tip him well. Not a lot of people take my allergies seriously, and he wanted to make sure there wasn't anything i ate that was causing an allergic reaction. Food was good, will come back soon.
