Great food made in-house, great service, and cozy atmosphere! Happy to support this restaurant, and highly recommend. The portions are large for what you pay, and it’s all natural (no MSG)! The Mapo Tofu we had was delicious, and authentic to similar dishes we’ve had in China.

I had a very disappointing experience here today. The gentleman working the counter was rude and condescending from the moment I walked in. I came in to order a Thai tea. He asked if I wanted to add jelly (which is unhealthy), and I politely declined. I then asked if they carried boba, since boba is typically made from tapioca. His response was, “No, we don’t carry unhealthy stuff.”
I was taken aback. I’m not confrontational, so I simply said, “Oh, that’s okay,” but the comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. How a business chooses to speak to its customers is a direct reflection of why they may not be as successful or fruitful as they could be. When consumers choose your establishment, you only get one chance to make a first impression. Tone and word choice matter. I’m a healthy, physically fit woman, but I can only imagine how a comment like that might make someone else feel.
I continued with the transaction, but I will not be returning. If you care about being treated with respect when spending your hard earned money, I do not recommend this place.
To add to the discomfort, he also tacked on an extra $0.50 charge and said, “Without this fee we wouldn’t make money.” Why that needed to be said to a customer, I truly have no idea. It was very unprofessional from start to finish.

Whether you want a Katsu plate, Red Curry, or an order of wings, I really don't think you can go wrong here. The service is phenomenal and friendly, and when your food gets to your table you can tell it was made by someone who loves what they do. My love and I will definitely be back!
