Understaffed, no organization, long wait and still got my coffee wrong. First time there, my reg coffee was way too sweet, second visit I asked for a coffee with a little less sugar and cream. When I got back to the hotel, then gave me a black coffee.

I’ve fallen in love with little bakeries and drink spots.. the cute and spacious cafe offered indoor seating , a kiosk for ordering and an assortment of drinks to include coffee, teas, and baked goodies. I was slightly overwhelmed… in a good way, great employees and welcoming space where employees rung up my Salted butter roll with a smile.

Great place very clean, staff is friendly, and the inside makes you feel welcomed.

The only downer to this place, No military discount, and the parking is horrible... Too many stores attract so many shoppers and the shoppers are not nice about the parking spots.

Other than that yeah I recommend this spot to anyone.

Bread here is like no other place I've been to. It's definitely a must try.

The egg tart is getting more and more ridiculous, the filling is almost as thin as the Turpan depression, and is already thinner than the pie crust.

I'd rather you sell more expensive than lose the face of Taiwanese people. Come on, okay?

I've been here a few times, and if you're in a group (that likes bread and isn't gluten intolerant), there's something for everyone. All of the breads I've had here have been tasty and soft. My favorite dessert has been the Hokkaido cheese egg tart- tastes like a mini cheesecake. The pork floss bun was yummy even when I ate it a few days after buying it. I haven't had their milk tea, but I haven't heard any complaints from people who buy it. The line to check out can get long sometimes. They have a sit-in area with some tables but it's not that much seating. I bought a chocolate mousse cake for a birthday for 33 bucks, which I thought was reasonable when compared to Suzuya's 47 dollar chocolate cake (a more high end Asian bakery/cafe). I didn't actually try it, but the kids at the birthday party enjoyed it more than the Marie Callendars pie and cheesecake I bought, so take that as you will.

Parking: It gets really packed in the Shanghai Plaza parking lot during peak hours. People often park on the street bordering the north of the plaza.
