A Different Beast

This incredible gem has exceeded my expectations beyond belief and trust, they were already high after reviewing their reviews. It was a birthday celebration for my husband and he was also blown away by the extra service and attention to make the day special for him. The food…10/10 for this foodie. If I could rate it higher, I would. The service and ambiance was completely out of this world. Loud enough that you could still hear each other and have meaningful conversations but not too quiet that it’s awkward so safe to say the perfect blend that we were looking for! RUN! Don’t walk and if you’re on the fence, hesitate no more. You will NOT be disappointed. Will definitely return the next time we are back in town and just a tip, make reservations so that you’re not disappointed, this place fills up!

Fioe Gras & the cheesecake are out of this world, everything else is just as delicious. Amazing customer service, will be back again!

Delicious min plates of purely scrumptious, tasty and varietal foods. Service was great, very attentive and not pricey.

Decided to run the menu from top to bottom. After 15 different tapas, ran out of room. Some different twists, some dishes. Overall, very happy.

Had the Premio Tasting menu which was excellent Chose wine off the menu also excellent We did not do the all inclusive breverages as we do not drink that much Please note that there is a time limit for eating which we were not aware of from the time of your reservation because this is "all you can eat" .... you can ask for more of your favorite dishes but with a limit and that is why there is a time limit for each table My husband is lactose intolerant and the chef was accomodating for some dishes but there were a few he could not have as they are prepared with dairy Still a great dining exeprience and would highly recommned

The yummiest tapas I’ve had in a while. Excellent service, excellent vibe, beautiful wine display. Highly highly recommend if you’re in the mood to try a little bit of everything.

Justin and Alex did an amazing job catering my wife and my wedding. It was what I thought a fairly difficult task given the limited venue space and equipment. The team at A Different Beast were troopers, braving 110F + heat to cook us and our guests a multi-couse family dinner and apps (pintxos) . Every dish came out perfectly. We had 100+ people, and the review was completely and overwhelmingly positive. The iberico chop was cooked perfectly. Everyone raved about the 63-degree egg with wild mushroom. The albondigas was a crowd pleaser. I can also add that the food was almost identical to when I went tasting at their restaurant. The night wouldn’t have been the same without them.

Had a very memorable experience with their all you can eat gauntlet of tiny bites (pintxos!). The staff were kind and attentive. You'll want to work through the whole menu, you probably won't make it, but you'll have a great time with your family and friends while attempting it. There are definitely gonna be some favorites and maybe some less so, as the wide range of pintxos are so diverse in what flavors they bring, that it is ok to not adore everything, but at least you get to try everything (and get some repeats of your favs!).

Such a great dining experience! The food was amazing, the service was impeccable. Our server Miranda was super sweet and very knowledgeable about each dish, we loved all her suggestions. We had been looking for a good tapas restaurant for a while, and I love how they really try their best to stick to traditional Spanish cuisine. We'll definitely be back again!

We want to try something different, this place will give that. First time trying Spainish tapas. There's three different tier prices and AYCE. Some of the orders were amazing and some were not. And everything comes with a baguette with made it very difficult to get through the menu we made it 21 out of 23 on the menu and that was the top tier. Also they offer all you can drink wine for a price.

Totally worth the experience. They offer many different tapas included in the price, and every dish was delicious. The service was outstanding and super attentive the entire time. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.
