Fantastic place for tapas and platos. Our waitress clearly explained the menu and everyone was very attentive. We had a party of six and had just about everything on the menu.
The general consensus in the party was the octopus and duck were the top protein and the patatas bravas was the number one tapa. Honestly everything was delicious, and the sangria was fresh and tasty.

Without question, the best Spanish food I've had since coming back from Spain. Some of the best food I've had in Vegas, period.
Delicious food, gorgeous plating, friendly and inviting staff and ambience. What more can you ask for?
Chef Justin even came by to say hi at the end of our meal and share a bit about his story and history with the cuisine. Very cool to learn more about Spain (and get some great recommendations for next time I go visit).
I don't know what he whispered to those potatoes to get them so light and fluffy for the Patatas Bravas, but clearly it works. Each dish respects the origins of the cuisine while finding ways to elevate and play with new ideas. Awesome. Can't wait to go back!

This was honestly one of the best meals I have had in a very long time. I was so excited to dive into the dishes that I forgot to take pictures after the first one. Not only was the food knock your socks off delicious (with a seasonal menu, an excellent wine list, and easily one of the tastiest Basque cheesecakes I've ever had), but the servers and staff were so attentive, and the ambiance was beautiful. Everyone at A Different Beast puts a lot of time, energy, and care into every aspect of this restaurant and it shows, all senses are engaged for a top notch dining experience. I cannot recommend this place highly enough for dates, special occasions, larger events, or a regular weeknight dinner.

The tasting menu was a delightful exploration of Spaniard flavors, featuring a selection of pintxos, tapas, main dishes and dessert that showcased a contemporary interpretations without losing the traditional flavors. The service at A Different Beast was impeccable. Our server was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, guiding us through the tasting menu .The meal's pacing was just right, allowing us to savor each dish without feeling rushed.
Thank you to Chef Justin, Alex, and Miranda for a fantastic dinner! The tasting menu exceeded our expectations. I would have been happy being charged more. Can’t say that for 99.9% of food and dining these days. Service was excellent - well-paced, anticipated our needs, and comforting. I added ADB to my list of restaurants to recommend to out-of-town visitors?

Why haven’t you eaten here yet?!
My son and I opted for the tasting menu and loved every course. I lost count of the “Oh wows!” one can’t help but to exclaim when biting into something notably delicious. The chef did an amazing job with flavors, textures, and presentation. And the service was perfect - very attentive and friendly and didn’t mind answering all our questions about the food.
They are definitely a restaurant I look forward to returning to. Please do check them out.

ADB is a fresh new twist on dim sum and tapas, with AMAZING food. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable about the nuances of each dish. Chef Justin, the owner, even stopped by to chat. He genuinely cares about the quality and where the ingredients are sourced from. The Spanish tapas were authentic and delicious. We will definitely be returning!
Very good take on tapas/pintxos. Didn't have the appetite for the big tasting menu but it looks like that may be the way to go if you are up for it. Our dishes off the a la carte menu were all well executed and delicious. And the churros are exquisite.
this place was better than I could've even expect. our server was incredibly knowledgeable of the dishes were incredibly delicious and artfully presented. The JAMON IBERICO & MANCHEGO BOCADILLO made its way around the à la cart tray and impressed me with his rich and savory fusion flavors. we ended up trying a number of different à la cart tapas which to our surprised we're incredibly filling. By the time we the BOCATA DE WAGYU came out we were almost entirely too full but had to try it because that incredible looking burger was delicious to resist. This burger was is an indulgent sandwich that perfectly balances luxury and flavor. The tender, buttery Wagyu beef is the star, melting in your mouth with every bite. The creamy Brie adds a rich, velvety texture, while the heirloom tomatoes bring a burst of sweetness and freshness. Mustard greens provide a peppery bite, complementing the tangy onions. The Ibarra aioli ties everything together with a hint of spice and depth. Each ingredient is thoughtfully paired, making this a sophisticated yet satisfying take on a classic bocadillo. Ou server informed us that the menu is always changing so I cannot wait to go back and try this place again . 10/10
Loved our first experience here. Beautiful decor and aesthetics, friendly service, and amazing food! The only negative I have is it's insanely hot in temperature in the restaurant. I was wearing a crop tank and skirt and my friend was wearing a similar outfit, and we were both sweating and uncomfortable. They switched us tables to the other side of the restaurant, but unfortunately it was still very hot despite drinking tons of water. We would definitely come back, but it would have to be in the cooler months so we aren't so uncomfortable.
