Two years ago, I gave this place a 5star review. Now it has slipped down hill, the only saving grace is the food. I even spoke to a shift manager, and she promised to make it better. Even gave me her card and told me to reach out. I did, she never replied nor called me back. Should I escalate to the general manager.
AYCE Buffet at Palms Resort is a solid buffet experience with a few standout highlights. The biggest draw here is definitely the lobster tails—they’re plentiful and a big reason people come. That said, they’re fairly plain on their own (basically boiled), so you’ll want to load up on butter to bring out the flavor.
