Called in to get general information. The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude! He seemed like he didn't want to be there or assist in anyway. Might as well not have answered the phone. I said thank you and he just hung... no acknowledgment of any kind. Not any ounce of kindness in his voice. If he's the business owner, he shouldn't be in business! Or hire better people. Upsetting.... There are way better, nicer and more kind people to work with in our city. I recommend not coming here! Spend your money elsewhere.

If you're looking for a super unorganized store filled with rude employees who have no knowledge of the products they sell, then this is the place for you. Employees giving attitude for asking simple questions as to products and their location is pure disrespect and nonsense especially the older hispanic woman sitting behind the computer to "busy" to help anyone.

I can’t say enough about how great the staff is here. Juan, Leo, and Cynthia are the best! Talk about a fantastic people with integrity. We ran into them trying to find guidance and help and they have completely taken care of us. Leo and Juan are upstanding guys and have so much knowledge and has your absolute best interest in mind. Cynthia is a great, knowledgeable gal who really wants to see the right people succeed. We were put in the hands of a wrong Food Truck builder and I thank God that I stumbled upon AAA to help us. It makes me even emotional writing this knowing that we have their support now and we are in better hands and we got away from the disgusting company we dealt with (The Fud Trailer on Boulder Highway).I will always support AAA Bar & Restaurant Supply and speak volumes of how much they’ve helped us so far.

You will find all your needs and more and as a businessman or restaurant owner probably a treasure or two. It may look mundane on the outside but surprises await you.Be blessed and safe always.*****************************Dante and staff are wonderful thanks again for the great tour and the great goodies I bought.Wow what a gathering of new and used commercial restaurant supplies utensils of every kind and Imagination. This is the place for sure especially for rentals and stocking up of new business kitchen equipment.The outside storage alone is worth ten thousand words as well as Under The Roof items. For me being a former military Vietnam Vet and Navy Seabee cook , Baker and cake decorator it was like a candy factory and it brought back old memories.This place is huge and more than meets the visible eye when you first enter in.The staff is warm and wonderful great people.Be prepared to spend at least a half hour or more just a barely catch a glimpse of what this place has to offer.God's blessing to all Jesus cares mm.

Paid $2200 for freezer. Counted infron of the white old due. Then he took the money to his office check for counterfeit. Came out a few minutes later then said only $2100 .this old white due is a scammer. Dont do any business with this establishment.

Long story but worth the read if you don't want to get ripped off and ignored. I rented equipment from this company from Juan. I was a vendor at foodie fest this year (first event ever). They were supposed to set up the equipment Thursday September 23 because we have to cook and keep other things cool. Well they didn't set up until September 24th. The fridge, flat grill and cool table/fridge didn't work. The temperature on the fridges read 30-41 f but when the health department came by they said the fridges were much warmer and we had to throw away food (I have pictures and statements from the health district). Juan informed us we'd get new equipment. He brought us two more fridges that would not cool below 50f so we had to go home and bring OUR OWN FREEZERS that I could turn up to 41f. The equipment took turns failing on us. We couldn't sell anything but drinks for the most part that first day. Juan came by with his workers and as he said he "rigged the flat grill" so it was no longer an electric grill but could be used as a gas grill only. Day 2 they had to bring us another new fridge closer to the end of the day. It still didn't work. I bought over 400lbs of ice to keep drinks cool and some food items (salsas, cilantro, veggies) that I couldn't fit into my freezer. Juan blamed it on the power. We had the event electrician come out and check the power multiple times. It was not the power. He then blamed it on the sun. My personal freezer kept its temperature the entire weekend and it was not under the tent or in the shade like the rental equipment was. We were supposed to get our gas checked and refilled once during the weekend. when we texted Juan about a refill he didn't respond so we called him and he didn't answer. The gas tanks could not be turned off or on without using a wrench. I called the owner Steve multiple times to get a refund or something and he keeps ignoring me or saying he needs to speak to Juan about it but never gets back to me. The owner of Foodiefest even tried to reach out to him multiple times and he can't be bothered. I lost an estimate around $5,400 on the first day alone. I was told by Juan multiple times that they were going to make things right and fix this but they didn't and now I have to take matters into my own hands and possibly take them to court. Please do not rent from these people they have no honor or respect they just want to make money don't care about who they screw over!
