Above The Crust Pizza

Just ordered pizza from this location. Just like I do once a week, but it no longer is Above The Crust. My wife and I already miss you guys, from the Italian nachos to the Stromboli and calzone, the pizzas and salads and oh and don't forget the wings, but more importantly the crew that worked their were awesome and welcoming. Thank you for providing great service and food.

Love this place! Best homemade potato chips around! I have tried something from each category on the menu and everything has been delicious! They are our go to Football Sunday eats! Everyone who works there is friendly and I appreciate the family mentality.

The gluten free pizza is delicious. The salads are large and the italian dressing is amazing. I love this place. ?

Today was mine and my family first time going in there. And we told lady that. She was rude and not helpful at all. The pizza was under cook and still very doughy on bottom. I dont know if we will be back. Was not worth 30 bucks.

Been there MANY times and customer service is rude and unfriendly. I am not a complainer and if there are mistakes on pizza I accept that but they get mad. Happened more then once. Won't be going back and liked that it was close to my house. Oh well not giving them my business anymore.

Have been several times. Have tried something different time. Everything was great! Definitely recommend.

Maybe their other dishes are good, but I ordered thin crust pizza take out. We like our pizza well done crispy. I was really disappointed, the middle was soggy. I returned the next day to let them know, but the person at the register, just shrugged her shoulders like to bad. I wasn't asking for anything I just wanted them to know. I'll never go back. Anyways Pizza Hut is the best!!!!!

Honestly, the pizza was simply pedestrian at best. I have now eaten at over 500 Pizza restaurants & smaller pizza places in the Western United States. I've done at least a couple hundred reviews for the pizza joints that have actually earned a good rating, and above the crust is not one of them. I usually go to each place at least twice to try them in case the first time I went I experienced them on an off- day. Sorry Above the Crust, but your off days were both days! At 72 years of age I've had my full experience of all the wonderful pizza places that exist, and the two best are still the small Chi-Chi's Pizza chain in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California, as well as the one and only absolute best, Casa Bianca in Los Angeles. I've eaten at many great restaurants in Arizona, Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington and Utah, and nothing touches Casa Bianca. Sorry Above the Crust, but you didn't even make it into the top 250. Your service was poor each time, you're slightly overpriced for the quality of the pizza pie, your crust is good, but the rest of the pizza just doesn't seem to Jive well. Your pizza was different each time I ordered, and I ordered four of them all with the same toppings each time I went in. Do you remember me? Your pizza sauce is below-par, and the toppings are rather Bland and tasteless. Your cheese was at best Fair, but the second time I visited you it was below Fair... I'm not sure why your cheese was inconsistent, but it was.....

This was my second and last visit to this place, because Ruby was aloof, disengaged and didn’t make me feel like a valued customer. I had a 10% off coupon for a first time online order, which wasn’t working so I googled the location and tried to call but the number would ring twice and go to a generic voicemail box. Since the location is not far from my house, I decided to leave my house (even though delivery would have been more convenient) to see if the venue was even still open. Upon arrival I noted a different phone number on the door and went inside to ask about the coupon. Ruby said they were no longer honoring the coupon, which had no expiration date so I guess they just decided it was a deal they didn’t want to support anymore. When I asked if they had any other promotions, Ruby blandly stated that they had their family deal or a cheese pizza deal. I then inquired about the phone number I found and asked if it was valid to the location. Ruby gave a “no” and a blank stare to which I said “that explains why I couldn’t get ahold of you”. I then pointed out that the online info stated that they were not accepting online orders and had the wrong number listed, in case the restaurant owners might care, but it didn’t seem to matter. I placed my order because I had been craving Philly Cheese Steak pizza for 2 days but I will be getting my philly pizza fix from Dominos from now on as the quality of the pizza is not worth the price or the attitude.
