Meat and Veggie Combination
Get the best of both worlds! Try a combination of our veggie plate and meat dish.
Veggie Combination
A combination of our great vegetarian dishes: mild yellow split peas, mild red split peas, chopped collard greens simmered in a mild sauce of oil, and herbs topped with tasty carrots and cabbage.
Special Kitfo
This is our special kitfo extra lean cuts of prim beef, finely chopped, and soaked in basil, clarified butter, and mitmita (spicy ground red pepper). Served with a mash of Ethiopian homemade cottage cheese, collard greens, and injera or bread. Served raw, mild, or well-done.
Meat Combination with Cottage Cheese
A combination of our juicy tibs (grilled beef cubes), topped with kitfo, and cottage cheese sprinkles. Served on a bed of fresh injera.
Gored Gored
Cubes of select beef served raw with awaze (a special blend of spices with ground chili pepper). We can also serve these medium or well-done.

Really Good Ethiopian food. My wife is from Ethiopia and we always try to get some injera when we travel. First time for us in Vegas and the injera was really really good. Very good service and overall good experience.

Tried Absynnia for the first time tonight and was pleasantly impressed. Unique couches make for a cozy environment to dine with friends. Food was very good and such a bargain on price for what we got. Would definitely come back again.

We celebrated my Aunt's birthday on the outside lounge/patio. The food was wonderfully delicious and pretty( lol look good taste good). And the waitstaff was so sweet and helpful (she took this picture for us) we will be back for sure.
