I go to the store on Tropicana/Ft Apache. The first time I walked in the store I was surprised at the colorful atmosphere of the stores decor. It was very bright and clean. The donuts in the display case are like little works of art, I felt like they are too pretty to eat, but that didn't stop me. My fave is the Apple Fritter, the crunchy edges, with the sweet glaze and apples keep me coming back for more. I've tried several others, they have different ones for holidays, in the fall I had a pumpkin something that was really good. I'm also liking the donut holes with the sprinkles. You won't be disappointed. They also have a app to earn points, I just signed up for it today with the help of the staff who are very helpful and friendly. Just go and treat yourself. Yumm

The donuts are so cute and delicious! It was super cool to see the beautiful donuts and even the people making them in the back. It was my first time coming here. I came with my friend and her mom. Pinkbox is always a stop for them when in Vegas so I was excited to try it. We went on Easter and it was busy but the line went quickly. The girl behind the counter packing the donuts was friendly and super efficient, I wish I would've gotten her name. But the man charging people, I got his name, it was Anthony. He wasn't friendly or welcoming. We had the door open because there was no room inside and he told us to shut the door, which I understand but he could've been a little more welcoming or nicer about it. After we shut the door, he laughed and made the customers he was charging laugh while looking at us, that made me super uncomfortable. And then when it was time to charge us, no friendly conversation, no smile, no eye contact, strictly business. I would come again for the donuts but the customer service from Anthony sucked.

She NEVER smiles & is rude to customers & employees look terrified of her ... they don't seem relaxed - when at this location - employees seem TENSE NOT a HEALTHY ENVIRONMENT. MANAGER (she) seems to want her employees to feel intimidated that's hostile ... CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE MANAGER & SMILE & ENJOY YOU HAVE A JOB!
