Great food, great atmosphere. Best place to eat at the ranch or desert Valley. Highly recommend. No reservations so either get there before they open or be prepared to wait. Lovely outdoor patio when the weather's amenable.

Not my first time but definitely my last although i don’t think it matters to the rude bartender Jessica or jasica . As she represents the company while on the clock she definitely ruined the possibility of having regular patrons. She rudely demanded we order something before even continuing to even sit and think about what my partner and I couldve even wanted . She didn’t allow for any room before she made my partner and I so uncomfortable we decided to leave. This was my first interaction with the bartender handling the evening shift and I was just distraught with her actions and behavior towards us that I will be follow up with the owner / corporate to put in an additional formal complaint. I do see all the other reviews which is why I figured I’d be safe to visit my local Aces and ales but due to her action I hope atleast the company cares about our horrible experience and address the matter. Thank you and I hope you have a better night jess/jessica/jasica and everything in between. Take care .

For my boyfriend's birthday, we booked the patio and the "VIP" room (basically an indoor dining area separate from the main dining). From start to finish it was very professionally handled! Stephanie H. coordinated with us the date, times, catering choices and any special requests we had, giving great suggestions and handling it all with grace and efficiency. The day of the event I went early to decorate, and some of the waitstaff came and helped me (Jessica and Tyler) including the use of ladders and tying streamers! This was really above and beyond and would have taken me twice as long by myself. During the event, we had 2 waitresses dedicated to serving of drinks and other help as needed, and they were ON POINT ... even though we kept them very busy. Drink orders were correct, they came out very frequently to take new orders, and they did it all with a smile... Brave was one of those servers but I can't remember the other (sorry). The food was very professionally set up, properly heated as necessary, and absolutely delicious! We got the veggie tray, the salad, pulled pork sliders, cheese curds, chicken tenders, pizza and more... beyond that, they had something like 10 sauces/ dressings on the table in generous portions to accommodate every taste ... and no extra charge for that! I mean the food was one of the highlights of the night. By the end, without me having to ask, the dedicated servers even cleaned up my decorations and consolidated them into the boxes ready to put on the car - to say I appreciated that foresight is an understatement, because I was quite tipsy myself and trying to do that by myself in the very cold night would have been a pain... their extra effort allowed me to continue enjoying the party. The pricing is reasonable both for booking the areas and the food... especially when you realize all the extras they naturally throw in like sauces.
This place on a regular day is already exceptional... but now that I've experienced throwing an event here I plan to keep on throwing events here!!!! COULDN'T BE HAPPIER, THANK YOU ACES AND ALES.

While the atmosphere and space are great, the nachos fell short as there wasn't any layering of the cheese and meat. Simply piled atop. For $24 nachos , we were not pleased. Drinks were good. Here is the main problem: While we did arrive and pay individually amongst a group of 10, the waitres was very sly and did not dispell that an auto gratuity was added. She handed me the device to authorize payment. The screen was open to select her gratuity. I gave her 22% as the service was great. The font size on the device was nearly impossible to read. This sort of practice is very deceitful and extremely upsetting. The manager did reverse the additional tip, but did add a credit card fee of $3.
Tread lightly here, folks. Better pub options are out there. Buyer beware....shady business practice.

This used to be a decent spot for food and football. This afternoon, however, our server was not beer fluent, made poor recommendations because of their lack of knowledge, and couldn’t “make it right.” We probably won’t go back.
