The high ceilings were cool but the reasons to come here are the beers and the food!

We tried the fried pickles and a couple different burgers. It was all great. We'd eat here again.

Fish and chips was weird. Very sweet for some reason. Chips had almost no flavor on their own. Fish wasn't big enough. Tartar sauce was sweet. Pretty bizarre

Great food, especially pizzas. Salads are fresh and delicious. We went for the food — again and again.

Two standouts at Aces & Ales- first of all is Caroline the bartender/waitress. Why is it that some bartenders seem to be some of the most capable people in the world? Caroline was working alone with probably a total of at least 30 patrons: eating, drinking, playing pool, playing video games. Never did I see her look flustered and never did I feel that she was rushing us with all that was going on and the service provided to all was outstanding and attentive.. She gave great food recomendaciones and great service, all with a pleasant ease about her. 5 Stars for Caroline!! Oh, the second standout was the food: Avocado sandwich and French dip were phenomenal. Tetris Tater Tots too good not to eat even though we were stuffed. Well done Aces and Ales!

The rotating beer is what to really go for. The booklet explains everything about the style, ABV, and options per oz. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the iPA’s I ordered seemed a little flat. This might be because they have almost 50 drafts on tap and some might sit awhile. The food is pub style, good, but my wife thought it too expensive for what it was. See pricing- 4 deviled eggs, 1 small pizza, and fish/chips with onion rings. I would go back for the beer to go or just sit down for the game. Maybe next time we’ll go for happy hour. It would be a little cheaper.Note; the service was great and ours brought multiple samples for me to try before I actually bought a couple 8 ounce glasses.

Good service, non smoking bar so that was a plus, it smelled quite pleasant compared to other bars in the area. Also, a great local craft beer selection.

Greasy fried food. Spaghetti pizza is absolutely awful. Crust came out burnt. Noodles were soggy and tasted watery. Service was mediocre. Had to ask for every little thing.

Even the happy hour price for pizza was not worth it.
