“A very good experience !! It was our first time trying out West African, specifically Senegal, cuisine and this location was a great place to try it out. The staff were incredibly understanding and friendly. They patiently walked us through the menu and answered our questions. They made us feel like they were excited to share their culture with us! Once we made our orders and the food arrived we were pleasantly surprised. The presentation alone was great and the taste was even better. It was a very good experience and a definite recommend to those looking to try some delicious Senegal food!!“

“I got the Egusi Stew with Goat and Fufu at a 7 and managed to not run out of fufu before I finished the stew. The goat was plentiful and easy to convince to leave the bone. While they were out of Coke, A&W Root Beer proved to be a surprisingly apt pairing for the pleasantly spicy egusi.

The other folks in my party got the plantains plate and the jollof rice with chicken and plantains. The chicken also comes on the bone, but was similarly tender.

The staff was very thoughtful and made good recommendations on spice level to keep our whole party happy. All drinks were bottled and chilled at the point when we ordered them, and all food was made to order.
