So my Girl has been asking me to stop by here due that she wants a bionico and she loves how they make it. The only issue is that on their door it says Open at 10:00am . but when i get there around that time it's never open. I would stop by on a sunday and still not open yet. I mean the hours of your business hours on the door say Open 10:00am but it's never open at 10:00am. I seen today a few people that wanted to go into the store and even do the sign said Open the door was still locked.

bad cusomer service. i was asked to make a statement from another customers account an hour ago, to which it was replied to with the company saying they were contacting the proper authorities. as opposed to their being a positive resolution. employee was incredibly rude. and we have no problem with making a statement to said authotities. i have 25+ years in customer service, and im a military veteran. I treated the employee with nothing but respect and was treated extremely rude and got things thrown out of store door at me if there are any issues, i have no problem with communicating this expierence with anyone they feel they need to share this expierence with!

Tried the water machine and it exploded my water container. I go inside to let the female employee know, to which she replies that it can't happen. I bring the jug inside to show it happens, and as opposed to being even offered a refund, I'm told nothing can be done. I leave busted container on floor and leave, and as soon as I go out the door, the container is thrown at me and my car. Lack of common sense shouldn't be displayed because of a machine error. I will be contacting management and I'll make sure the public is aware of the ignorant display by the employee.

I will definitely be back to this location! This is the BEST Biónico I have had in a long time! The Fruit was fresh and crisp and absolutely delicious! We also tried the choco mazapán frappe ??Tasty and Fire ?!! We ordered a small and you definitely get your monies worth here! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Probably the best tasting mago smoothie ive had. So fresh.
i ordered a strawberry water and hot cheetos with cheese, i recieved hot cheetos with liquid cheese filled to the rim. it spilled all over the bag and my water was super warm. i picked this up in store too. so disappointed.

Really pricey, but they have a good variety on all kinds of Mexican snacks! Not a big fan if the prepared michelada cups.
