The atmosphere and service at Al Solito Posto is outstanding. This is definitely the right kind of restaurant for a romantic date or an important get together.As far as the food goes I can only judge it based on the dish I ordered.I ordered the margarita pizza and while it was good, it was not as good as some of the more dedicated pizza restaurants I visited recently.I say that because this was not a wood fired pizza despite being of the Neapolitan-a style. The crust was not doughy but I’mused to the slightly charred and the slightly more crispy crusts I have been getting with wood fired pizza’s.The pizza was also heavy on the sauce and light on cheese. I normally like that but in this case maybe they went a little too light on the cheese.However they did use Buffalo Mozzarella for the cheese which very few restaurants offer and is a really nice touch.One last room for improvement was that the pizza sauce was not fresh. It’s actually quite rare for it to be fresh so this is not a big deal.Overall this was still a very good pizza. Just not quite as good as the very best dedicated pizza restaurants.Vegetarian options: There are a few good vegetarian options.

We’re returning clients. And every time I’m coming back I see how service lowering their standards.Unfortunately we choose this place to dine in for my birthday which we mentioned when we booked place. First question from waiter was: do you have birthday today? I said yes, it’s me :). During dinner we got so so food honestly but I was happy of atmosphere. In the end of evening We ordered another Sangria cocktail, they brought check for us so we paid and sangria still weren’t there. So my husband needed to ask additionally for it.The “funniest” part was when they brought birthday cake to someone else’s birthday party but newer for me…. Probably we needed to ask additionally for it? So I def not recommending this place to celebrate any occasion. Not the best experience for 150+ check

As always a great meal ... your “water server” should be promoted to head server. The actual server we had unfortunately has zero personality for being a waiter. Efficient, but slow and none of the spark the water guy had!
