Beautiful restaurant atmosphere with a great selection from the menu. Andrya provided amazing service to us the entire time. She was very attentive. Make sure you get her as your server. Will definitely try this again!

Incredible food! Our only complaint was that the August special was the pork chop and they have pictures of it all around the restaurant, and that's why we went there. When my husband went to order it, they said that they didn't have any yet.

I ordered the Wedge salad and the Prime Rib. The Wedge salad was just fair. The blue cheese dressing was good but the bacon was almost nonexistent. The prime rib was cooked to perfection temperature wise but needed more flavoring. Service was excellent.

This is by far one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas! Drew, our waiter is wonderful. The attention the staff gives is perfect and the food is delicious. Great selection of breads!!! We go often and have never been disappointed.

A upscale restaurant with the most amazing food and attentive service. Drew was our server and he was very knowledgeable of the food and was spot on with the choices we made. The drinks were delicious and worth the price. I would recommend this restaurant and can hardly wait to return.

Had an enjoyable dinner here on my 70th birthday. We started out with 5 different selections of bread. I had to have each one of them, and they were all delicious. I had the Oyster Rockefeller which had 5 oysters, instead of 6, which I am used to having at most restaurants. But they were delicious. Others in my party had crab cakes, shrimp cocktail, and beet salad, all of them were delicious. For dinner we had the lobster tails and Chilean seabass, which were also delicious. The waiter was Drew, and he was outstanding. One guest is gluten free, and he went through the menu pointing out what he could and could not have. He was always checking in on us to make sure we were doing well. I had the lava cake for dessert which was complimentary for my birthday. The prices were reasonable, less than on the strip of course. We are locals and will be coming back for sure!

Highly recommend Alder & Birch. Took my husband there with some friends to celebrate his birthday, and he loved it. In fact, he expressed that it had surpassed his previous favorite steakhouse in Vegas, that we'd been going to for years! Being a gluten-free diner is sometimes difficult but they took great care in ensuring to explain all of the options to me (there were A LOT!) and also ensuring that dishes that could be made GF were. And the food was perfection, as were the drinks. They had a chef's menu for a reasonable price that included a starter, entree and dessert. I will definitely be back, even if I'm not staying at the Orleans next time.

We had another great meal here with our favorite server, Drew. He’s very personable and always remembers us and welcomes us back. They have a great dining room with a fireplace and plenty of booths. The French onion soup was tasty. We ordered the prime rib mid rare and it came out perfectly. The sides are easily big enough for two or more ppl so we only ordered two which was still a lot of food for us, especially if you get an appetizer or first course. The bread and water service staff were very attentive. We usually go early evening after a movie and have never had a problem getting in asap without a reservation. Prices are reasonable as we were able to have dinner for two ( 2 soups, two prime rib, two sides, dessert, coffee and a bottle of red wine) for under $200 before tip. The staff here is always welcoming and is a big reason we keep returning.

Andrya, has been or been our waitress numerous times and is amazing! She is attentive, kind, and always willing to make recommendations. As Vegas locals it is nice to find a place like this off of the strip with great food and an amazing staff.
