I come here often. Service is great, food is delicious. This is a small place. Free parking lot shared with multiple business so it may take a minute to find a spot, but it's worth it. There are several Mexican restaurants nearby, but Algobertos is best choice. Authentic.

I have been to this place more than once. In the beginning, the food was great. I am Spanish myself so I know what good Spanish food is like. I took My Friend there a few weeks later. It was only so so. We’ve gone back there again to get a different dish and it was horrible. We decided to give them one more chance we ordered nachos this time. How can they mess that up right well the nachos were absolutely horrendous. They were ice cold, even though I live less than a half mile away. Everything that should’ve been on top of the nachos was buried underneath. It was disgusting. We couldn’t even eat it. I give this place a big thumbs down. They have horrible food there now.

The service has gone down significantly and unfortunately- or fortunately- we will not be back. The young lady in the front has a very nasty attitude and this is the second challenge we’ve encountered since their new staff has come in and this time- it put a sour taste in my mouth. My wife & I always order the same thing- chimichanga pollo asada burrito with no cheese on the inside cheese on the outside. I called my order in- specified cheese on top not on inside the burrito. She repeated it back 3xs saying, cheese inside- not on top. I repeated back myself 3xs cheese on top not on the inside. I get inside their establishment- no welcome just “how can I help you?” I advise I’m here for a pickup order and she repeats it back incorrectly. I said, “please make sure this is correct, I’m going to be frustrated if it’s incorrect.” I get the burrito- no cheese on top so of course my fear is it’s inside the burrito. I asked who took my phone call and the young lady with the braid in her hair- who always has an attitude says, “well it’s busy, we all take orders.” So I ask again- specifically- does anyone remember this order? Another young lady says, hello- I took the order and she repeated it back correctly. Clearly, there was a miscommunication- the young lady pushes my bag to me and says, “it’s not a big deal.” I responded, actually- it is a big deal and the lack of customer service is very unfortunate. She proceeded to attempt to go back and I advised her- your customer service needs some work and unfortunately your establishment has lost a customer that has been coming here for years due to the lack of communication and customer service our last couple of times we’ve come. I’m unsure of this new staff however, it’s unfortunate we will be finding somewhere new.

I was attending a social function and I needed a dish to take. I went to Algobertos and purchased the 12 rolled tacos special. The order was completed promptly and the other guests at the party loved them. Delicious! This location, on Farm Road, is more suited for take-out.

Angry and disrespectful. I always order the same thing no15. They always give me no 16. So I brought it back inside, again. I was nice about it. They didnt want to make it again. Angry shaking their heads. I mean the whole crew behind the counter was upset. Crazy. I said just give me a refund please you dont have to make it again because you seem upset about it. “Well now hes more upset” responded the girl at the register because I asked for a refund instead having them make it over again. I even dropped a tip on the counter and the whole crew just stared at me. Crazy unexpected shit for something so simple. The last time I ate here several months ago I got sick within a couple hours. Should’ve not given the place another chance.
