Reza has been amazing! We love the vibe the music. He made our night right after a terrible incident at the hotel. The drinks were on point and staff friendly from the start.

Primo was bartending, he made the best drink for my husband. A drink we never knew about, but Primo went off of my husband's preferred bourbon. Now it is my husband's favorite and best drink in Las Vegas. Halekulani, top notch. We had a great drinks and enjoyed hanging out with Primo!

sat at the bar and had an amazing experience! very sexy atmosphere, pregamed here for dinner at Carbone and then back right after, got the same bartender both times (wish I remembered his name) but he definitely took care of me! I ordered an espresso martini both times, both times there was some left in the tin which he gave to me in a separate cup - just thoughtful and absolutely NOT necessary, so I really appreciated it!! drinks are objectively expensive, but pretty standard for a nice bar on the Strip. will most definitely be back!

Sit at the bar. The Bartenders were great! Our bartender, Primo, took care of us. Started off with a Gibson and New York Sour (not on the menu but he knew how to make it!) I was going to order an old fashioned next and he said, " I'm going to make you a Monte Carlo instead." The Monte Carlo was better!!! He even knew how to make the Halekulani, in which we were impressed. Not many bartenders know how to make this drink when asked. We had a blast! Thank you Primo! We will be back!

Tess approached us for service and was specially asked before anything if I could use my players card for drinks since I had points I wanted to use. Asked her to find out for me, when she came back she said it was doable. We went ahead to order drinks and we're going to go somewhere else so only had 3 drinks on the tab. She came back to say "I'm sorry I thought I could do it, but I cannot" . At which point now my experience is at a 0.. I asked her why since before anything we asked her to make sure and she said it could be done . Her response was " the buttons showed up so I just thought I could" this is completely unacceptable. She said she called a manager and the manager at that point flat out told her nothing could be done and it was our problem. Very poor customer service! Have been coming here for years and truly disappointed! In both the server, service and overall care. Her simply saying that her manager said it's our problem and she just thought she could do it is disappointing. Coming from New York this is truly a dumb mistake a server/waitress/bartender or anyone in the industry can make !

My cousin and I come here just for the espresso martinis! They make the BEST! The bartenders are always really friendly too.

OK I'm just gonna say, the drinks are too expensive here but the ambience is absolutely awesome. Here's a bummer if you want to sit down you got a pay for it now why would I want to go into a bar honestly and stand the entire time not trying to talk smack but please you guys need to do better. You cannot make every seating available reserved for bottle service, it just is a bad business venture there honey. I know it probably works for y'all, but you make people want to leave the club and sit down at one of the gaming tables because they can drink smoke and do whatever there. The music was awesome. The staff is nice except for the staff that comes over and says hey you can't sit there. What good as a place if you can't sit down and enjoy your drink, it's supposed to be a lounge you know what lounge means right? That means you get to sit down and have a few drinks and chill. You know what I don't have a problem with Going to any bar or lounge and being able to sit down. Now before you go off and tell me I'm a tired person and I need to sit down if you go to the cosmopolitan and you go to the chandelier bar seating everywhere including the bar and everybody sitting down and everybody's ordering drinks and it's a wonderful place Doesn't have a music like you would when you go to this bar but the environment itself was like so relaxing. So if you have a couple of tables that are really really nice use those as preferred seating or reserve seating for those people that feel like they want to spend that extra money on bottle service and give some seating to people who want to sit in a lounge and relax and have a few drinks while they listen to music.

Place was okay. The drinks were overpriced and they weren’t good as other places I have been to. The service was good, she was attentive and friendly. The place can get overcrowded and filled with older people.

On a Thursday night this was a fun spot with no line. The dj played great music (but would NOT take requests). The crowd was a strange combo and most were unwilling to get on the dance floor so it was a bit of a fish bowl but more room for us. We tried to go back Friday at midnight and it had a line around the club that showed no signs of moving. I guess it all depends on the night like many things in Vegas...
