I have been here a couple times now and the food is very consistently delicious. One of my absolute favorite things here is a Caesar salad. I know that seems like such a simple thing but it is made to perfection. The lasagna is to die for. The service is also superb here. But I would not expect anything less from a restaurant inside of the WYNN HOTEL.
The service staff was quick and knowledgeable. It is a smaller restaurant and quite loud because the tables are close together.
I had the linguine with clams which normally is served in a red sauce but I asked for white sauce and they accommodated. It was not your traditional sauce. As Las Vegas locals, my husband and I have been to Allegro quite a few times. They never disappoint. Any time we have a show to see at Wynn or Encore theaters, we always make a point to stop in to Allegro for a quick bite beforehand. The service is always on point, the food is delicious, and the prices aren't terrible (for the Wynn). It is super convenient that they are located centrally right off of the parking garage elevator for Wynn and not too much of a walk away from...
