Not my go to store, but I do a fair amount of shopping here. Usually busy, but the check out lines move. Lovely produce and fresh fish.

I love Whole Foods but this location on W Charleston is HORRIBLE. This was my third visit and all the same. Store is "SMALLER" and does not have all the inventory. Clientele rude, disrespectful, defiant, etc. My third visit I made the mistake of visiting late morning early afternoon on a Friday. The store was full of clientele on their lunch hour RUNNING up and down the isles. Store full of "kids" running out of control. Parents "nowhere". I observed over 20 employees "kibitzing" in groups of two and three, not working, and blocking the isles. Some of the meat was disgusting turning brown and gray. $18.99 a pound for gray meat - NOPE! I found at least 15% of the items had "expired dates" at least 90 days ago. In my opinion the manager should be immediately FIRED.

I know that it has a bad Rap, like "whole Paycheck" for example, but if your focus is fast and healthy deli foods, olive bars and great cheeses you can't beat it. Spend more your money on quality foods and less on new iphones. Regardless when I want a quick bite nothing sustains me as well as whole foods..

I LOVE PIZZA! Like love it that I could eat it every day all day! In the last couple of years I have had to stop eating cheese because I've become lactose intolerant (very sad). I recently discovered Vegan Pizza and I have to say that while all Whole Foods makes Vegan pizza, this one always outdoes all the rest. The level of service, 20 friendly smiles from the time you walk in the door to the time your ready to leave. And of course, did I say that the Vegan pizza is ridiculous! I personally like all plain with a little extra sauce but they make all kinds of different ones and place them out for you to take by the slice. Yummmmmmm. The sauce is delicious. The cheese, which I miss so much, is so creamy that it makes me NOT miss regular cheese. 2 for $7 slices or an entire pizza pie for $13; that's insane. Well a big thanks to the Deli & the pizza Team, you always do a hell of a job!

Its not the price, its the loss of character. They have discontinued too many products along with vitamins and supplements. Use to love going there to shop for vitamins, have lunch and leave with a few bags of groceries. Now its a big disappointment and we are all going to Sprouts. Store looks shabby and needs new floors.

I shopped at Whole Foods today and was accused of shoplifting as soon as I got to the store! I told the store manager Ruben and he did not believe me. I cannot believe it and will not be back!
