Came on a weekday during dinner and it wasn't too busy. Got seated quick. Ordered the tonkotsu and shared with my daughter and ordered the popcorn chicken and their special fried rice recipe. Restaurant is clean. Once my order came, did not get a refill on water, no one came around to see if I needed anything. Despite the service, food was great.

One of my go to hot pot places here in Vegas. The service can be slow on some days but I would still come back for the sukiyaki!

First time trying Alleyway Hot Pot! I will definitely be back. The food was delicious and very filling. I came in with a party of 10 for my birthday and they took care of me and my group! Had a wonderful time! Thank you for everything!

Love this place. We go here 2x a week. Each person gets their own pot and size is pretty large. Soup is good and tasty. Price is reasonable. Staff are very attentive and kind.

My favorite individual hotpot place in Vegas! The interior is clean, bright, fun, and the owner is super nice and quick with the service! I've tried a few different flavors of hot pot and none of them disappointed. The sea salt tomato cream is my favorite but all of the choices I tried were filled with flavorful broth, meat, a fun variety of veggies, and tofu/noodles! Pricing is fair/comparable to other individual hot pot spots and definitely worth it in my eyes. They also give free ice green/or black tea as a lunch time special which is cool. This is one of my main stay spots on rotation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend giving it a try!

I don't recommend this place if you have a party of more than 2. My family and I waited while other people are being seated. I asked the lady that was in charge of seating people, how come we got skipped. She just looked at me and did not say anything. I'm guessing I'm not asian enough for her. I'm filipino with brown skin. My wife and 2 children just left. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area.

Alleyway so usually one of our go to spots, as the food is tasty! But we were pretty disappointed with the service this time around on Uber Eats as we asked for no shrimp and fish balls in one of the dishes, since I'm allergic to them. Usually we don't have a problem when we request this, so we were surprised when we received our order. I was pretty bummed as you could imagine, as I paid for a meal I ended up not being able to eat. Might be better to call in the order to ensure they can make the changes.

Good food :) the serving for the hot pot is big enough to share. The only thing is the service isn't that good. I've been on multiple occasions and the servers take awhile to acknowledge you and if you ask for something they usually don't even come back with it.

This single serving hot pot is close to my house in SW Las Vegas & I am in trouble it is delicious! I got the sea salt tomato broth because I had never tried that at hot pot before. It is delicious- light and flavorful- and comforting. It sort of reminds me a Vietnamese soup called Bun Rieu. I love how all the different toppings were included: Sliced Beef / Vermicelli / Shrimp / Spam/ Meat Ball/ / Fish Tofu / Crab Meat / Lobster ball /Napa/Corn/ Mushroom/ Potato / Konjac/ Tofu Skin. Honestly, it's supposed to be single serve but to me, it's two meals! We upgraded to the scallion garlic gravy rice for $1- so worth it! We also had popcorn chicken- flavorful and crispy just wish there dipping sauce!! Ps. You cannot make substitutions so this is not for a picky eater but the combination was perfect!

Food is absolutely delicious here. They are generous with their meat and it is not just all filled with cabbage like Boiling Point in California. The wait is never too long either. Service is typical of an Asian restaurant. This is definitely my go to for hot pot. The tonkatsu is rich in flavor even at the no spice level. I appreciate their Lego decor as well.

I was craving hot pot and saw this place was down the street from my house. Convinced my husband to stop by since he loved chubby cattle before. They have a decent selection to choose from but you can't modify the choices to your liking since everything is practically pre-made. It's honestly suck since we had a pork allergy and there isn't much to substitute with. Service was mediocre, they took a long time to come take our orders. They didn't come to check during meals which we have to flag them down. They also have an attitude when you ask them for things. The hotpot came with a good portion per person, it was greasy and bland. It didn't sit well on our stomachs either, felt sick right after eating. For better quality and service, I'd prefer to go an extra 15 moms to Spring Mountain for better hotspot places.

In terms of price, their food is decent, but if you're really craving hot pot, you probably wouldn't specifically come here. However, their deep-fried octopus is really delicious. The place is very clean, and the service and attitude are also good

I stumbled upon this awesome individual hot pot spot after a friend's recommendation, and boy, was I excited! I opted for the tonkotsu with a side of noodles (totally forgot it already came with udon, haha). The spread was incredible--spam, raw egg, quail egg, thinly sliced pork belly, shrimp, crab, and corn. And the broth? Oh, it was divine! Usually, tonkotsu leaves me feeling queasy, but this broth was light and flavorful. The extra noodle had a lovely bounce to it, a nice change from the soft udon. The sweet potato had this delightful sweetness to it, though I couldn't quite pinpoint the flavoring. But my toddler son absolutely adored it--his fingers were all orange by the end! Surprisingly, the place was pretty quiet when we arrived. The decor was fantastic; our booth had a wall made of Lego base with a huge Mario crafted from Legos. They even had Technic Lego boxes as decorations! Plus, there were two arcade games at the entrance. Overall, I'm definitely coming back to explore more dishes on their menu. And the fact that they offer non-hot pot items is just the cherry on top!

Been coming here since they first opened, and l only eat it during winter here in Vegas. l tried a few of their pots and my go to is the Szechwan Spicy (Medium level) and add on $1 for their scallion gravy rice. It's a good size pot with meats and veggies. During lunch you get Free green/black teas.
