Dinner here was absolutely delicious. Picked our own fish and ended up with the Branzino with lemons and capers and it was amazing. Get the bread ($10), and the white clam pasta!

Loved Amalfi!!!
The atmosphere and the food certainly live up to what I would expect from a Bobby Flay restaurant.
My wife and I wanted a romantic dinner prior to going to see Bruno Mars concert.
The food was exquisite and prepared just right. For the fish option you walk over and personally choose the fish you are going to have.
The potato dish was superb.
Home run dinning option in a city that has it all.

The best fish I've ever had. Everything we ate was so good. We got: focaccia bread (not on menu, but they always have it I think), octopus, Caesar salad, gnocchi, chicken Parm, rats pasta, squid ink Alfredo (that one was just ok), crispy potatoes, branzino fish with lemon and capers, and basically one of every dessert!! For a party of 6 this was almost too much but everything was so good... Really well portioned and we wanted to try a bit of everything. All staff was super helpful, the environment was very nice, and the restaurant wasn't too difficult to find within the hotel either. Will be back next time we're in Vegas!!!

The food is amazing in presentation and tastes delicious. I especially liked the unique 'olive oil cake' dessert that was so yummy.The ambiance is somewhat posh and elegant. The servers are extremely professional and pleasant to talk to. Overall, it was a great experience.

Absolutely fantastic. From the look of the restaurant, the ambiance, the service, and the food!!! Bobby flay has outdone himself! Will definitely come back when in town. Pictured: tiramisu and espresso martinis, blue crab and eggplant meatballs, charred octopus, and green beans!

The crispy potatoes have the best burst of flavor. Lemon? Butter? I don’t know exactly what it is, but order them for the table, you won’t regret it. Agnolotti is also delicious!

Our first time visiting and every step of the way dining tonight at Amalfi DID-NOT-DISAPPOINT!
We are huge FANS and we thought it was all hype for experiencing your food in person, it’s authentic, fantastic, and delicious, every dish, we LOVED dining at Amalfi!
Our server was James!!! Wow, he was a pleasure to meet, so happy he was our guy, such a fun-happy person to talk with, we loved him, great person on your team.
James made our visit soooo memorable, the BEST!
I HIGHLY 100% recommend Amalfi for the exceptional FOOD-Ambience and SERVICE.
So many Vegas options, go with Bobby Flay!

By far one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Fresh ingredients, sauces that are light and full of flavour.
Had the most tender charred octopus, and to die for stuffed squash blossoms!
The branzino had a beautiful crispy skin. It came with a choice of 3 sauces and I highly recommend the Meyer lemon with capers. Added an appetizer size agnolotti and the triple lemon layer cake. Perfect amount of food to share between 2 people.

We were just there for drinks and appetizers and sat at the bar but they were over the top fantastic !
Presentation quality and service were top-notch !
Arturo was our fabulous bartender and took care of us while we enjoyed the Blue Crab and Eggplant meatballs, Tuna Tonnato and Charred Octopus.
Word got out that we were celebrating my milestone birthday and the GM JP presented me with the most mouthwatering strawberry cheesecake 😍 with a candle on top 🥳
It was light and fluffy in texture and wasn’t too rich or too sweet…
If you are looking for an elegant place to enjoy a meal (especially if you enjoy fresh fish) while at Caesars Palace, look no further…
You will not be disappointed…

I’ve now been to Amalfi 3 times, and this past trip officially made it one of my favorite restaurants! I cannot say better things about the food and the staff - everyone here is wonderful and this past visit, James just delivered at every moment of our time there. Thank you for a great evening - not only will I be back again, I will keep recommending Amalfi to everyone!

I highly recommend hand picking a fresh fish from the numerous types at the market to have cooked to your liking with suggested sauces from the fish monger! Thank you Michelle, it was a perfect night. Top notch hospitality from entire team at Amalfi!
