Service was impeccable. We both chose a red snapper for dinner. The fish was so fresh and beautiful! Bright clear eyes, almost felt like it was just pulled out of the water. We began with the Roasted Prawns. Perfectly cooked, lightly charred, with a nice hit of heat, just enough to wake up the pallet but not enough to burn. Next was the Caesar salad. Although a very tasty dressing, I was not a fan of the texture of the black kale. My snapper was cooked perfectly, flaky and tender, with the skin browned. The skin was a bit flabby, not crisp, but that was okay, because I don't eat the skin. It was filleted beautifully into two lovely fillets. Seasoned just the right amount to not overpower the delicate taste of this yummy fish. We ordered the crispy potatoes as a side. These were wonderfully seasoned, bright and flavorful, crispy and crunchy. Just the perfect accompaniment to the Snapper.

We had a great time at dinner. Our server guided us toward a delicious meal — she recommended all of our dishes! It was great.
Service was top notch, and food was phenomenal!. The seasonal artichoke appetizer is a "must order". The chopped salad was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Save room for dessert. The seasonal strawberries and cream was absolute heaven, and the almond gelato was so good. Would definitely recommend this wonderful restaurant.
Incredible food and amazing staff. The staff was so attentive and helpful. The food was incredibly delicious.
Very disappointing, server got our order wrong and made very little effort to correct her error.
Wonderful food and service. So fun to experience a little of Bobby Flay after years of watching his TV show. True to the chef! Food beautifully prepared and seasoned!
We had such a beautiful meal! Between the wonderful menu, informative staff, delicious ingredients cooked to perfection, and the impeccable service. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I've got a few photos of the meal, but not everything!!
The only things that were reat was the service and choice of exotic fish. The price of all the dishes a drinks wete irredeemable. Its so expensive to just be expensive. There is no reason for it other than blatent greed
We enjoyed every meal we ordered. Particularly the bbq octopus 😋 - the best we have ever had! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! Tiramisu was amazing. Highly recommend. A big shoutout to Chris - amazing service!
I normally don’t like paying $$$$ but the food and service were exceptional. I definitely recommend the orecchiette, ny strip, green beans, and potatoes.

Stunningly small portions of pasta served! Wait staff said they would be “petite” but stunningly small! For that price beyond unreasonable. Service was mediocre at best. Not even close to comparable establishments in town. Very disappointed because our expectations were high.

Excellent food and excellent service. The fillet fish was fresh and tasty. The other dishes we ordered were crab eggplant meatballs, rags pasta and crispy potatoes, they were all very tasty. The pistachio sundae was not that great and very ordinary.

Nice atmosphere and great staff. Downgrading for small portions and my pasta was a bit chewy. Burrata app was delicious.
Update December 2024: ordering fish here is the way to go! They have all sorts of fresh fish to choose from and they let you pick out your exact fish! I would recommend this experience for sure.
Food is not great. Ordered the squid ink pasta and it was very fishy and chewy. Not the best experience in Vegas.

We went there for Thanksgiving and had reservations. The food was mixed reviews. The hand picked Branzino was pretty bland and mushy, wasn't really that much better than tilapia. But we also tried the NY Strip and it was one of the best we've ever had. Buratta was delicious, we wished it had more of the cheese to enjoy all of the tomato chutney and pesto (so good!) The "rags" pasta was also surprisingly great, excellent texture and flavors. Could've eaten a whole bowl of that and been happy! Finished up with tiramisu and it was excellent. Would've given it 5 stars if the Branzino was better.
