The food lacked flavor and left much to be desired, with its high prices only adding to the disappointment. It was a rather uninspiring experience. From the dusty fake plants to the 5-day-old fish on display totally depressing. Don't waste your money. Bobby should be ashamed.
Amazing experience! The Chef and her team provided exceptional cuisine and service.... warm and inviting atmosphere Highly recommended
Food was underwhelming for the price. Flavors and execution just ok. Restaurant was freezing cold. Service was good, very friendly but they missed the mark in coursing out correctly as our app came before our drinks, entree’s arriving before our Salad and wine arrived after the salad. Would have loved the wine with the main course. All in all we were disappointed and won’t be back.
The food was excellent and reasonably priced. Definitely try their fish dishes. always have great waiter and waitresses with very attentive assistants
Hostess not came 15 minutes early and could not get seated even though three were plenty of tables open. I am disabled and had to stand. I don't drink so bar not an option . Recommend seating near the hostess table.
Excellent. Fresh, wonderful service. Would definitely be my first restaurant choice if I was ever back in Vegas!
Amalfi by Bobby Flay – A Culinary Journey Worth the Splurge
While vacationing in Las Vegas, we decided to treat ourselves to a special evening at Amalfi by Bobby Flay and it was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip. We arrived with high expectations, and from the very first moment, those expectations were not only met, they were blown out of the water.
The service was absolutely top tier from start to finish. Every detail was perfectly executed, from our warm welcome, attentive bar staff and Sommelier to the polished and knowledgeable service team. One of the most unique touches was being personally guided by our server to the Fish Monger Station, where we were introduced to the fresh catch of the evening. We selected the Black Sea Bass, and with the expert’s recommendations for preparation and sauce pairings, it was a standout dish.
Before our main course, we enjoyed the charred octopus appetizer and wow, what a recommendation. It was tender, flavorful, and honestly so delicious that I could have made an entire meal out of just that. When our sea bass arrived, cooked whole and beautifully served tableside, it was paired with a delicate Meyer Lemon and Caper sauce. Curious about other flavors, we also asked about the Red Pepper and Calabrian Chili Pesto, our server brought it out as a bonus, and it was fantastic.
The squid ink fettuccine with lobster and shrimp was another unforgettable dish. The flavor was bold, perfectly balanced, and absolutely decadent. We ended the evening with the orange olive oil cake and cappuccino, which transported us back to a magical night dining at an osteria in Sorrento, Italy.
The chefs at Amalfi bring true artistry to every dish, and the atmosphere creates the perfect backdrop for a luxurious, unhurried evening. This isn’t just dinner, it’s an experience. Plan to spend a few hours here, savoring every course. Perfetto!
We had Restaurant Week menu Prix Fixe menu. The artichokes were delicious the chopped salad was really chopped and great. The whole meal was fantastic
Had dinner before our show at Amalfi. Lovely setting. Attentive and friendly service. We had the prawn appetizer which was delicious and large in the prawn size. Next we had squid ink pasta which had a nice tomato sauce. We ordered a whole turbot grilled and had the asparagus and peas for a side. Everything was lovely.
Service was impeccable. We both chose a red snapper for dinner. The fish was so fresh and beautiful! Bright clear eyes, almost felt like it was just pulled out of the water. We began with the Roasted Prawns. Perfectly cooked, lightly charred, with a nice hit of heat, just enough to wake up the pallet but not enough to burn. Next was the Caesar salad. Although a very tasty dressing, I was not a fan of the texture of the black kale. My snapper was cooked perfectly, flaky and tender, with the skin browned. The skin was a bit flabby, not crisp, but that was okay, because I don't eat the skin. It was filleted beautifully into two lovely fillets. Seasoned just the right amount to not overpower the delicate taste of this yummy fish. We ordered the crispy potatoes as a side. These were wonderfully seasoned, bright and flavorful, crispy and crunchy. Just the perfect accompaniment to the Snapper.

We had a great time at dinner. Our server guided us toward a delicious meal — she recommended all of our dishes! It was great.
Service was top notch, and food was phenomenal!. The seasonal artichoke appetizer is a "must order". The chopped salad was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Save room for dessert. The seasonal strawberries and cream was absolute heaven, and the almond gelato was so good. Would definitely recommend this wonderful restaurant.
Incredible food and amazing staff. The staff was so attentive and helpful. The food was incredibly delicious.
Very disappointing, server got our order wrong and made very little effort to correct her error.
Wonderful food and service. So fun to experience a little of Bobby Flay after years of watching his TV show. True to the chef! Food beautifully prepared and seasoned!
