I've been pleasantly surprised by how much Amaya has refined its vision. We've been back now a few times this month, and noticed that the staff and bartenders are now extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and each dish tastes expertly prepared. The attention to detail and improved service have really elevated the experience and it truly feels like the management cares, which didn't seem to be the case in the beginning.

Brandon V was absolutely amazing. He recommended the Blue Fin tuna which was absolutely fantastic. He was attentive, conversational, and made our lunch so much fun. He recommended spots in vegas for us that I would have never visited. Thanks for the fun time and the memories.

This place has 5 stars for me all the way around!! If I could give more I would! I absolutely loved our dining experience here. I asked my husband to set up a reservation for us for dinner ( we were having a birthday get away at the cosmo) and he included on our reservation that it was my birthday but I didn’t know about it. The service was the best I’ve ever seen it started with a few staff coming to our table and folding our napkins for us and getting us some waters while...
