Amena Cafe is an excellent mediterranean spot. The food is fresh and delicious, well seasoned and a perfect portion size. We also loved the dessert, especially the baklava. It wasn’t overly sweet, and the flakiness was satisfying. The staff are all friendly and kind. We loved it so much, we already know we’ll be back next week!

I don’t know what recipe these guys use or where they’re from, but just a few days ago I was thinking how much I wanted to be in Istanbul eating a real shawarma in wrap — and here it is 😍 Everything is absolutely delicious. And the best part — fries inside, just like in Istanbul. It’s perfect. Highly recommend this place ❤️

Stopped by to get a quick snack and lunch special, but missed it by and hour (my bad). Ended up getting a chicken shwarma wrapped and fries. Ate it at home and was not disappointed. One of the best wraps I've had years. Also at an amazing price.

Great service and great food. They currently have a $12.99 lunchtime promo (weekends included), which comes with a sandwich/wrap with fries and a soda. The lamb burger/pita and chicken wrap were good. We ended our meal with a small kunafeh that had an interesting texture. Definitely recommend this place!

I stopped going to Amena when they were located on south Decatur... The food was way over priced, to the point where they did not list the prices on the menu/sign in the store. You had to keep asking what the price is for each item. Many customers were unhappy with this system. Makes no sense if your prices are fair and stable, why not list the price of each food item? I just signed on their website (Rainbow location), they have pictures of the food but the prices are not listed. Food taste is not consistent, seasoning keeps changing...

Everything was so delicious! We had the lahm bi ajeen manakeesh, beef shawarma plate, gyro plate, Greek salad, and Turkish coffee. Everything was exceptional. Very friendly service. I wish we didn't live out of state!! Huge hit with the whole family. Thank you for a fantastic meal!!
