Incredible! The waitstaff were all on top of it. Plates were cleared and drinks were refilled promptly. The best part was the food though, oh my God! Every dish was "the best I've ever had". I can't wait to go back and try the rest!

I was surprised that in an empty restaurant, having a reservation, we were not offered any table but were seated at the last table in the back, by the server's stand and the backroom. We were not a romantic couple, but 2 males having a business lunch.

AMAZING!!!!! Service was great, quite attentive especially explaining the wine, even the bubbles! the GREEN TARTARE IS A MUST!! SOOO GOOD!!! I would defo go again if i go to Vegas again. Worth the trip from the strip (app. 20-25 mins drive)

In a scramble, we reached out to Anima for a short-notice wedding reception venue for our party of 28 guests. They didn't just accommodate us; they went above and beyond to create a seamless, warm, and unforgettable evening. The experience felt truly high-end, yet we were pleasantly surprised by how incredibly affordable they made it for us—offering superb value for such quality.
The Tapas Menu they put together for us was nothing short of divine. Each dish was a masterpiece—flavourful, creative, and beautifully presented. Our guests raved about the food, noting it was easily some of the best they’ve ever had. Anima delivered a true culinary experience that elevated our special night.

Always the best. From the minute you walk in, you experience the best service, the best food, the best culinary adventure Vegas has to offer.
This spot is always amazing! The food has always been off the charts, always unique and full of flavor. Service is on point and attentive but not overbearing. And one of the few restaurants that offers value for experience. Not saying it's cheap, it's not, but considering the food quality, creative recipes, effort invested, it's a solid option.

Ordered the Chef's tasting menu with add-ons and every course was fabulous and creatively prepared. We were provided with informative explanations of both the food and wine pairings with each course. It was our second experience at an EDO restaurant and the next time we are in Las Vegas we will be back!
