I traveled from LA to Vegas to eat at this restaurant after seeing several posts about it on line. The food was absolutely incredible, the staff were so nice and hospitable. I had the best time there. I will be going back next time I’m in Vegas. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My Wife and I cannot speak highly enough about Anima by EDO and the incredible team, especially Joe, who helped make our wedding reception absolutely magical.
In a scramble, we reached out to Anima for a short-notice wedding reception venue for our party of 28 guests. They didn't just accommodate us; they went above and beyond to create a seamless, warm, and unforgettable evening. The experience felt truly high-end, yet we were pleasantly surprised by how incredibly affordable they made it for us—offering superb value for such quality.
The Tapas Menu they put together for us was nothing short of divine. Each dish was a masterpiece—flavourful, creative, and beautifully presented. Our guests raved about the food, noting it was easily some of the best they’ve ever had. Anima delivered a true culinary experience that elevated our special night.
The service was perfection. Attentive, friendly, and executed with genuine warmth and precision. The entire staff made us and our guests feel incredibly welcome and celebrated.

This spot is always amazing! The food has always been off the charts, always unique and full of flavor. Service is on point and attentive but not overbearing. And one of the few restaurants that offers value for experience. Not saying it's cheap, it's not, but considering the food quality, creative recipes, effort invested, it's a solid option.

Ordered the Chef's tasting menu with add-ons and every course was fabulous and creatively prepared. We were provided with informative explanations of both the food and wine pairings with each course. It was our second experience at an EDO restaurant and the next time we are in Las Vegas we will be back!

Food was stellar as were the drink options. W got some complimentary bubbly for our anniversary and I had a Nuclear Option which was great! The sangria was clearly handmade and not the usual syrupy mess. Everything tasted amazing!

For wine, Paulo their sommelier, never steers you wrong. Our guests from out-of-town were very impressed that we had such a great "neighborhood" restaurant.
