This was my first visit at Annie's kitchen from recommendations. My ribs were over cooked, I was looking for that outdoors barbecue flavor. This was not it. The meat taste like it was oven cooked. It tasted like old meat.

Had Annie's Kitchen today at Nevada Partners. Everything was delicious: chicken, ribs, sweet potatoes, collard greens, peach cobbler.I highly recommend this authentic, family owned, small business.
I pulled up and the nicest man took my order. It's pay in cash only. I Love the fact that it's drive up and order Soul food! ??I didn't have to wait long, and neither did the other cars in line! Paid, parked and pulled out! Very nice and convenient! The food was good! I tried their Tamales and my Mother and I really liked those! The Greens were good! My Mom liked the cornbread and their Chicken! It usually sells out by 1pm. The Ribs were very tender! It's almost a hole in the wall restaurant but for Lunch the was consistent and I believe it was Annie's son that kept everything pleasant and efficient! Been back a few times since! ??
This place is really good. I get it once every blue moon I heard that they’re supposed to be making a casino on Jackson Street. Maybe this place would go into that

Not a barbecue person but the ribs and tips were good didn't like the potato salad and Mac salad. But the greens and yams and corn bread was on fire. I will go back again and the young man was very great with his customer service..Love them yams the best I have bought in a very long time . The only downside was they didn't have nothing but barbecue for meat. Would have liked to tried another meat. But thank you goggle for helping me find them.

Strictly for takeout. The food is so delectable. The cole slaw and macaroni salad are excellent, and the side of greens is equally impressive. The sauce is fantastic! To top it off, the peach cobbler was absolutely perfect.
