Super bad host that was entering the names on computer he forgot about us some other friends came in and seated them down first after waiting 30 minutes and then when he decided to seat us down and didn’t let us sit on a booth and when we asked replied no with an attitude and it was empty super bad customer service

I have not been to an Applebee's in years so I was super surprised to see they are still offering the 2 for $25. My friend and I ordered off that menu but there are only 3 entree options for $25. Premium entrees are more.The food came out hot and the service was great. We sat at the bar and had an amazing time being helped by Charlie.

It was entirely too cold to enjoy our meal. Therefore, we had them box our food and left even after asking to adjust the temp.
I haven't been to an Applebee's for many years so I figured I'd give it another try. In general their food is ok but nothing special at all. I think it will a while before I would go back.In order to try as many things as possible we ordered the all you can eat lunch special. The shrimp were over breaded. The riblets had bones in them and were over sauced. The burger was actually pretty good. In general it's typical food that'd you get off of a food service truck.

Great experience! Staff was super friendly, food came out quick, hot, and delicious. Clean inside and restrooms, fun atmosphere with lots of TVs, plus 1/2 price apps 3-6pm. Highly recommend!

We love coming here and come so often that the staff know our name. Shout out to Taylor, Rashelle, Charlie and our waitress from Brooklyn (I just call her Brooklyn as a joke). These team members are the core reasons we come back cause they are amazing.The hostesses need a lot of work with seating, communicating, cleaning, and having a good sense of urgency when it comes to seating people (talked to Diane today about it). Get a hussle on Nauri and the other girl who seats people. A 45-minute wait when there are a dozen empty tables is beyond frustrating and has happened five times in last two weeks. It's costing this location MONEY! We often sit at the bar just to avoid dealing with the wait.That said, huge shout out to the kitchen staff. The food is ALWAYS exactly on point. The garlic parm boneless wings are addictive as is the garlic butter sizzling sirloin. The strawberry salad is also amazing. We love eating here!

Went in last night at 830 pm and short Spanish lady at door say we r not taking no more customers it was half empty. So we said we will be willing to sut at bar which was empty hmm.She was very rude... We go there often not no more see ya felisha.
