This review is especially for the manager Christina. I just want to say how great her customer service is. I had an issue with my food that i ordered via Doordash. They were of NO help with my problem whatsoever as usual. I called the restaurant directly and Christina was able to come to a solution and got a new order over to me within the hour after i explained to her that Doordash would not help me. I really appreciated that, since order issues via 3rd party are out of the the restauarants hands normally as they dont directly receive the funds.I really like Applebee's so i'm happy she went out of her way to solve the problem. My advice is if you wanna get your food delivered, do it directly on their own website. They use doordash as the courier service, but your transaction is direct with the restaurant and not the platform where they wont even assist. delivery fees are the same as DD, its worth it to do it that way. Thanks again Christina, and Applebees.

Was very displeased with the order that I had ordered, fry’s were over cooked and was given an ice cold side of Mac and cheese. After the orders are was remade I still received an under cooked steak so now I have to wait for a third redo. I’ve been here close to an hour and yet to be served with the appropriate plate of food I ordered! Hell! I’m not even hungry at this point….

I visited Applebee's, the food was delicious, they had a very good atmosphere. Lucy took great care of us, she was super friendly, she had a smile at all times. I felt at home the rest of the team was also very friendly of course I will return and I really recommend this restaurant, ask for Lucy.

Food is always pretty good, and the staff and management is really friendly and nice. I like to come here sometimes and have dinner, and I like to sit at the bar top with Maddie as the bartender.
