I waited for my food so I finally look in see they go thru DOORDASH SO I CALLED I THEY COULDNT EVEN GET A HOLD OF THE DRIVER IN ADVISED THEY WOULD REQ A REFUND I THEN CALLED THE APPLEBEES TALKED TO THE MANAGER IN HE REASSURED ME MY GIFT CARD PURCHASE WOULD BE REFUNDED BACK TO MY GIFT CARD I NEVER GOT MY FOOD AND IM OUT OF 45$ DO NOT I REPEAT ????????don’t order DONT ORDER FROM APPLEBEES WEBSITE OR THEM AT ALL YOU WILL BE NOT HAPPY

Great place to grab some lunch or even dinner. Love the service we got and very laid back wish they add some background music. But overall great time to just sit and have food and conversation.

Basic family restaurant but with good bar drinks. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Most of my meal, French Onion soup, steamed veggies, and Shrimp Steak Parmesan. However, the steak was overcooked and unforgivably tough. Too tough to eat comfortably in fact. I didn't complain but I was very unhappy since that is my favorite dinner there. Parts of the restaurant are wheelchair accessible but not all of it.Parking: Plentiful free parking as part of a much larger strip mall and Walmart.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are not automatic and quite narrow but adequate for a standard wheelchair. Not sure an extra wide will get through. I'm guessing that half the restaurant is not wheelchair accessible as it requires climbing about 3 stairs. There are accessible areas but even that is limited by the bar being in the accessible area, so limited to over 21 years.

Experience WE had to wait to be seated wanted 30mins for our order my daughter in law boneless wings came n I still waited ANOTHER 30mins to get my salad.By the time our food came longer wait for that we asked for to go trays n left.NO TOP SERVICE WAS BAD! Do not go to Apple Bees on Spring Mountain n Rainbow.2 thumbs down! And ZERO STARS.

All the employees and the managers that work here are all fantastic, I have been coming here with my family for a long time. And every time we enter the establishment we are always greeted with kind hearts and smiles, the food is always delicious, the drinks are always great, and the service is always phenomenal. I will keep coming back here in the future. The staff treat you like family and for that I’m always grateful. 20 mins and not even not even gettin acknowledge .. 5:40-6pm look at your cameras !! Black girl was supposed to be our server but she never came over and seemed like she didn’t want to keep going around so that we didn’t have the chance to get her attention even tho my husband made eye contact with her .. Felt pretty racist cause I’m Hispanic ethnicity. Check your cameras she wa talking to her fellow coworkers instead if doing her job ..

We stopped in for lunch during a life situation and our server Darian was the absolute best. He was a blessing during a difficult time, he read the situation gave time, support, and was so appreciated. He is not only a great server but also a caring individual. In times lately it is refreshing to have one like him come through! Thank you Darian! You never know what someone if going through, you are appreciated!
The late night cook did not make the food properly missing ingredients on the entrée, the server was nice but seemed to not know the menu and waited long for refills when it was very slow
Our waiter was great. Super nice , friendly and helpful. The food was good but my steak was well done when I had ordered medium rare same with my son in laws.
