This location is very poorly managed. The food isn't bad. The service is terrible. Their cherry and apple turnovers are fantastic but you have zero chance to get them at this location. They've been out of them whenever I stop in to get some so I just quit going.

I used the drive-thru this time. The french fries were absolutely terrible. The roast beef sandwich was subpar. I've had better from this location. But there was no excuse for the french fries that they gave me this time. I don't know if I will ever go back to this location

Not everyone’s a thief I have lived in Las Vegas for 30 years. My children grew up here and now my grandchildren. This is the only Arby’s for Miles I don’t eat fast food, but I do love Arby’s because it’s healthier
But it seems to be a problem with the store, not getting the orders accurate if they didn’t mess up, we wouldn’t have to complain but coming through the drive-through today. I felt like they were judging me. He did not give me a chance to speak. She looked at me like I was homeless and looking for a free me to me. This is very upsetting If they only knew the money that I spend in that store, but I’m not gonna repay for something that is their mistake the store is going under not to mention they don’t care about their customers. It’s just a job to them. I will be in contact with corporate, even if it’s a franchise they still have to answer the corporate roles. I’ve had it with the store and the way they treat people.
Good be a lot better. This is a ratchet establishment. If they improve I’ll change my rating. I’m rooting for them but can’t see it.

The new Philly cheese steak looks like threw up on it. The commercial shows a real Philly cheese steak but what Arby's gives you is slop on bread.
