went there 12/10/25 around 8:40pm, not only did they give me the wrong food order, the night crew were all screwing around, the place was a mess and food everyone unsanitary. Absolutely disguised with this franchise, the owner should be ashamed. This is NOT the Arby's way!!!

First off, the service was horrible,went thru the drive thru , employees were rude, annoyed with questions. They refused or wouldn't help with the app not working, for our deals and coupons. The app said this store was closed an hour before closing, and they still wouldn't help with any discount or deal, even after showing the deals to the employee. I was told no management available to step in and help us. Then after paying full price for the food, it was disgusting and not even edible. Fries were hard and old, roast beef had a weird funky coating and color to it, the cheese was disgusting tasting. Huge disappointment between the rude staff, bad food, and the app being non functional,and overpriced food,no shakes available, this was just unacceptable in all aspects.

I tried the steak nuggets. I give them an 8. Tastes like burnt ends of brisket. Please don't order the Mac and cheese. It was pretty yucky. The macaroni wasn't cooked thoroughly.

Crazy expensive for crap quality. The Mac n cheese looks so good on the sign but it looks more like a microwave Mac n cheese. I get it fast food but I could have had a whole burger next door for the same price.
