Went to the Arbys on N.Rancho for lunch today. Ordered what i always get, but now just like most fast food restaurants, higher prices & of course smaller portions! Got the french dip & hardly any roast beef & $15 for a med ff & drink & cherry 🍒 turnover. Even the turnover had less filling. Looks like no more Arbys & Buffalo wild WARM wings in a warmer box! YES Arbys is the new owner of Buffalo WARM wild wings, & definitely not the same as years before.

I really enjoyed each of the steak nuggets. My cashier went above and beyond with amazing customer service even on a busy Friday night. I paid $9.99 for 9 steak nuggets

Trash Trash Trash! Service was horrible! Nobody in the lobby, no one in the drive through and they still SUCK at taking orders. Fries were cold. This location is TRASH! Empty for this exact reason I’m sure.

They forgot a portion of my order. I went back after making it home and realizing it. I wasn’t rude I just said I was just here and you forgot my sandwich. And they just handed it to me kinda rudely no apologies no anything .

When they ask who’s keeping Arby’s open I say ME! lol the brisket sandwich was OK…the Mac tho? It’s good! Very surprised . I like Arby’s ppl just don’t know anything outside of Mickey Dees lol.
Always a good experience, especially when Gina is working drive thru. She is friendly, professional, and is hands down the best drive thru representative that has ever taken my order at any drive thru.She is easy to understand thru the speaker, and I never have to double check the bags when she gives me my order because she has never been wrong. I truly hope that Arby’s Corporate knows what a gem she is.

Very clean store. Haven't been to an army in years because the food was so bad. Today I tried a classic rb fries soda combo. Solid. I'll be there every few weeks when I feel the need to try the fish sandwich or chicken sandwich. 'later

I understand this is fast food..but service is service, right? Asked if they had littlecsides of melty cheese; they did. I asked for 2, no mention of 2$ upcharge.. asked for horsey sauce, got bbq.. questioned amount..was told gruffly "receipt in the bag." 11.37 for 2 sliders and a medium coke is excessive imho.
They closed about 2 weeks later.
