Rude staff haven't been to a Arby's in years and may never go back was a bad experience food was good but service was lacking and the staff was rude to customers not just myself but other customers as well.

This gyro sandwich was a mess; LITERALLY! I ordered online and picked up at the drive thru but didn't check the order before leaving (BIG MISTAKE). It looked like it was literally thrown together and the meat was overcooked/tough, not to mention that the bread was really stale. The BBQ brisket sandwich tasted ok but didn't have much meat at all smh.
Even though I got these sandwiches with the BOGO deal, I was expecting better quality due to how much these things cost. I probably should have stuck with my usual, the beef & cheddar but I called myself trying different options that I've never had before.
C'mon guys, get it together, I honestly feel cheated 😒

I had an outstanding experience at this Arby’s! Trinity, the cashier, was absolutely amazing—friendly, efficient, and made the ordering process a breeze. The food came out hot, fresh, and incredibly fast, which made the visit even better. Everything was prepared perfectly, and the service was top-notch.
