We went through the drive through so I cant say anything about the interior. Customer service was friendly. The food was fresh and tasted good. However the wait time was a bit long for one sandwich and some fries. I shouldn't have to wait for 10min in a drive through when im the only person in the drive through.

I enjoy the roast beef. The henderson location has been dry the last few times I went there, but this location was how I remember it.

Do not go to this location!!!! They made me pull Forward after telling me they needed more time to complete my order, had me wait five minutes, then came out and told me they put the wrong amount of mozzarella sticks in the fryer then yet AGAIN made me pulled to the front of the store to wait for my food. When I got my food, everything was called except for two mozzarella sticks. As a longtime customer, it’s sad to see the quality of this location suffer. It’s one thing to mess up, but they messed up three times and gave me cold food. Then I asked for a dessert or a drink to compensate the 20 mins they had me waiting and the manager said no and rolled his eyes.

Nice service. Food is good too. Notany people eating inside. Sometimes it overloads the drive thru. It's really too bad soe locations are near a in n out burger slowing sales down. I think lowering prices would attract more customers. Remember the 5 for 5 roast beef sandwiches? That was a great deal.

I’m not sure I’ve ever been this sick in my life. Not 15 minutes after eating half of my French dip sandwich I was experiencing horrible cramps that almost made me throw up. Not going into it all but holy cow I will NEVER eat here or at any other Arby’s again. No thank you. They can expect a report being filed with the health dept as soon as I feel better.

They gave me an order with expired chocolate milk with 5/8/25 and todays date 5/11/25, my kid could have got sick or food poisoning and they made me wait for extra 20 minutes and they were trying to switch the chocolate milk to regular drink beware
I brought it to their manger and asked for refund his name I believe Boston and they will be reported to the corporate office
First thing you need to improve is paying attention to what's expired and what's not so you won't get kids sick
Second thing teach the employees how to treat customers with respect not like that rude manger you have
