For delivery drivers!

Be prepared to waste your time and not get acknowledged at all then given attitude when you ask about your pickup. They will not acknowledge your existence. Every time I have to pickup here I have issues. 20+ minute wait time, because they purely focus on drive thru.

Arby's has good food, but this particular location is so freezing inside the dining area that no one wants to stay inside and eat. Also, the manager doesn't seem to have any control over how freezing the dining room is. But the people who work there are very nice and if you are taking the food to go, it's okay.

I know Vegas has terrible schools, but you need to hire people who know how to read. My order said no tomatoes, but there were tomatoes on the sandwich and they forgot the cheese… stop putting profits over quality and hire competent staff or I’m done bringing you my business.

Doesn't honor happy hour, but all the others that are owned by DRG honor it. What gives? DRG owns all taco bells and Arby's. Company sucks in all ways. Better off going to Del Taco.

I wasn't real impressed with this Arby's location. The food was not fresh, and the service left a lot to be desired. I don't think they're very friendly, and it is very crowded busy area. Not a good location. I won't go back to that one.

Arrived at 9:45 ish. After waiting 5-10 minutes to just have a order taken I drove off. I’ve been here before and it’s always something. Order wrong, slow service or whatever. Unfortunate but it seems like that’s becoming the norm with all of the drive through right here.

Edit: 8/9/25 - 8:30 service was still slow but much better. New younger middle aged white guy was new to management he claimed. That being said him and his crew were clearly short staffed and killing it. Manager was helping the crew all over and still tending to customer questions and concerns. Entire team was communicating well to resolve any kinks. Though service speed wasn’t idea thankfully I wasn’t in a rush and I can respect the professionalism. Hopefully the crew finds a few more reliable employees and hopefully Arby’s recognizes (compensates) the reliable staff for picking up the difference.

Went through the drive thru yesterday gave them my Debit card. I only use this card in person and hadn't used it for a week. This morning got a bank notice that I had purchased stuff off Amazon and a prime membership . Which I already have a prime membership.I had to cx card .I think it's just really weird how this is the only place I used my card this week and it got scammed/copied/skimmed . I'm not saying the drive thru girl did it but it's quite a coincidence!! If the manager reads this you might want to keep an eye on your drive thru employees. I will Never be back! It's unfortunate cuz the food was good!

If they tell you to pull around because they’re making something fresh for you, don’t believe them. They asked me to pull around and said my food would be right out. They’re waiting on fresh fries. Waited 10 minutes and still had to go inside and ask for my food, and the fries were not even fresh
