would give it 0 stars if i could. the kid couldnt get my order right when i was giving it to him. explained 3 times, still got it wrong at the window. then he still charged me for the difference. then they didnt even give me what i ordered. this place is a joke. dont eat here.

Shame that it’s coming to this considering it’s close to my place and an easy stop for something quick. Purchased some sandwiches for lunch and half way through one of mine a piece of lettuce with a bug fell out, so I asked my spouse to return the sandwiches and just get a refund. Even included the fruit fly. Wasn’t trying to get anything free, but if there was a fruit fly in the produce already I didn’t want to eat anything else from there. Apparently the employee tried to gaslight my husband and state that it was a “poppyseed” from an onion bun. 1. We didn’t order anything with a poppyseed bun. 2. The thing had legs. I would’ve been more than willing to let it go, but the fact that the employee straight up lied to my husband like he was stupid really upset me. Enjoy your sporadic visits from the SNHD. 😊

Fries were not only old, they put near iced chocolate milk. 8:00 at night. They had to be sitting there for at least a few hours. Sandwiches had so much Arby’s sauce when we opened the buns were soaked. Soggy and falling apart. Had to throw away.

Clean, great quality of products; my favorite is the smoked brisket with potato cakes and under new management and undivided customer service. Located in North Durango next to US Bank and plenty of parking spaces.
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces right in front restaurant on on the side and back of the restaurant.
I frequent the location on N. Durango for their delicious burgers. I’m often greeted by Austin when placing my order inside.
He is always friendly, helpful, and provides excellent service. He is a true asset to this restaurant.

Went through drive thru on a Thursday night at 10:30 and was told they were out of beef. Seriously? How the heck does a fast food joint that specializes in beef run out of it? What a joke.
Shout out to Arby's late shift employees, still good food at 11pm.
