Archi’s is best in Vegas.
My wife and I decided to go out to eat, because she was too tired to cook. We originally drove to the strip mall area to try the Vietnamese restaurant on the same block, but as soon as she saw the sign we agreed we’d try it out. We were NOT disappointed. The pineapple fried rice and spicy eggplant were delicious! We ordered a 4 level spicy, which turned out a little too much for me. Archi's is my favorite place to have lunch however, today was the worst lunch experience I have had. I have given them excellent reviews in the past but today they get a one star. The wait time after being seated was 10 minutes just for water, the restaurant wasn't full because most don't know they reopened.
It took about 15 minutes for the server to come and take my order and and a little longer than normal to get my food out.
