When you upgrade your grilling to the premium they disappear and you don't get your value as you can only order a certain amount. When you go to order more and they don't show up and you order more to make sure they got you order in, they charge you for not eating it. They don't give you enough tongs so cross contamination is unavoidable.

Had the regular all you can eat. Great deal overall. When we got there there were only two people working and unfortunately took a bit too long to get anything. It was good that we ordered everything we wanted at once. Some meats were not that great, if you like really good meats you should consider the premium all you can eat.

The food was really good. They have new items on their menu, which I liked, such as pork katsu and sushi rolls. Even their meats have teriyaki sauce now, which I enjoyed by ordering some. The tofu soup is also very good, as I rarely get soup in restaurants but this one was delicious. Their side dishes were excellent as well.
