Wow. Worst Americano I’ve ever had, hands down. Which is crazy because they’re so easy to make. If you like coffee resist the temptation to come here out of convenience, you’ll regret it. I’ll have to throw this away and go somewhere else. Such a waste of time and money.

Why claim you're open until 12:00 when we tried to get food at 9:50am and you were already closed?!?! It is blatantly obvious the Grand has been mismanaged by the complete decline of everything associated with it. This is just one more perfect example, they have cut staffing due to lack of clientele, yet they won't staff for the customers they DO manage to get so those of us who do stay here are getting much less and paying more. MANAGEMENT: STAFF YOUR FACILITIES FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS TO USE!!!! Your tailspend is only going to continue with this p!ss poor offering of NO FOOD within your establishment.

My brother and I stopped in the morning before we left the next day. Boy we sure wished we came in before now during our stay at the Downtown Grand...
I had the Caramel Frappe and my brother had the Americano. Both were outstanding and well enjoyed until the last drop.
The vibe was really nice and relaxing with great service on top of it all. With artwork hanging on the ceiling as something different and funky.
We both highly recommend this little Gem inside the Downtown Grand Hotel and Casino ???

Great little coffee bar located in the hotel lobby. Cafe Americano was great and the service was quick and staff was friendly. Wish they opened earlier and had a few more options for breakfast. Definitely recommend for a hot cup of Joe on the go.
