As You Wish Catering

CHOOSE THE TOMATO SALAD!All of the food was good but the tomato salad was the absolutely shocking show stopper. My husband and I had our wedding at Rainbow Gardens on February 3, 2019 (ENTHUSIASTIC FIVE STAR REVIEW AND ABOUT 60 THUMBS UP FOR RAINBOW GARDENS, BTW) which included a full catered meal from As You Wish Catering. We were given a large list of appetizers, entrees, and sides to choose from and each were able to choose a full meal to our likings. We chose the ceviche on crackers and the pork loin appetizers, both of which were delicious! For the meal I chose the prime rib which was super tender and yummy with the broccoli and cheese and my husband chose the chicken mac-n-cheese with mashed potatoes and gravy. Also all delicious but then there was a separate little plate of marinated tomatoes that I inhaled before touching anything else on my plate. I took the first bite because I wanted to try everything and then couldn't stop eating them until they were gone. My husband doesn't eat anything that could be even loosely considered a 'salad' so I planned on stealing his tomatoes but found my maid of honor snacking on them by the time I finished my own plate. After the meal my aunt and mother and one of my sisters were asking me for the recipe for the tomatoes which I would love to have (hint hint)! Even the next day I got calls and texts asking if I could get the recipe for them.Sadly, as most of you probably know, the bride and groom don't really get to eat much of the food at their own reception and that was very much the case for us but everyone in attendance was very impressed with the food quality and quantity so we definitely recommend this vendor!

This catering company is amazing. They served my entire wedding party at rainbow gardens. The servers are very organized and great with customers. The food was seasoned just right. The beef tenderloin was amazing and Marta my coordinator was wonderful planning my entire wedding!

Thank goodness for as you wish clothier! I called every alter shop because I needed my dress altered for a wedding and no one said they could do it in time and as you wish was able to have it all ready within a day and a half! Thank you ladies!
