Auntie Anne's

I was the first customer to come in 10 mins after they opened since the worker has not opened the door. It was past 10 am but it was still close. Upon coming in, she already had an irritated expression. I ordered and was told it will be a wait which I said it’s okay. I can wait. Then she gave me my pretzel with an attitude. She was not welcoming. My pretzel is soaked with butter. She put a lot of butter. Customer service is definitely not good. Her name is Deasy.

I think being rude is a requirement to work here because everyone is so rude and the food is always so soggy.

Of course, with being inside of a mall, there are going to be long lines, and snobby representatives here and there but we deal with it...WHY YOU ASK.... WELL, because of the deliciousness we know we are going to always endure with an Auntie Anne's Pretzels ??

I've never been to such a terrible establishment that lets minors get high and allow their managers to play favorites

Told free refills and when we went back was told they dont offer refills. Buy your $4 soda somewhere else

Dude acts like he’s forced to do his job. Asking him a simple question question about the pretzels is too much for him. Staff definitely can be friendlier.Plus the pretzel was way too salty.

I always get stuff from here but since a new black girl is working is the cashier at the Auntie Anne kiosk I don’t like it anymore. She is so mean for no reason, don’t know how to use the rewards either. I was supposed to get free stuff but ended paying and she didn’t gave me my pretzel. Also she never gives me the receipt.

If you have an ubereats here, cancel itnow! Wait time will be 20 mintues. They dont make customer orders until we arrive! So the order wont be ready at all. So dont waste your time on this place. You will also have to park far away from the place as well. Garage is pay to park.

The food is epic bruggh would definitely recommend coming here.

Food was good but overpriced. Staff got my order wrong even when repeated multiple times, the woman was clearly not paying attention and having her own conversation on the side.
