Services are the mall always awful. There were 3-4 people in the back behind the cashier were working and only 1 cashier to help a long line of customers. Should they find a better way to sell and make the process go faster? That will make both sides happy!!!!

The store in across from the food court. The Cheese Pretzel Dog was freshly made and it was mine Delicious! It was hot and I had to slow down my appetite. At the end, it's actually quite filling. My future go-to order!

Now I would like you to keep in mind that I am a die hard fan of Wetzels Pretzels. But even with my commitment I would say that this business is really good. I was traveling and had a set of the nuggets the way they come with some cheese sauce to dip, it was great. The cute little stall was not packed at all and it looked like they had some more diverse flavors similar to my favorite brand. While Auntie Anne's didn't convert me to the dark side, they definitely are a good place if your craving pretzel. The only note I really have is that there pretzels aren't as soft as I'd personally like them to be, but that's personal preference. Great service, great place.

Dude acts like he’s forced to do his job. Asking him a simple question question about the pretzels is too much for him. Staff definitely can be friendlier.Plus the pretzel was way too salty.

I always get stuff from here but since a new black girl is working is the cashier at the Auntie Anne kiosk I don’t like it anymore. She is so mean for no reason, don’t know how to use the rewards either. I was supposed to get free stuff but ended paying and she didn’t gave me my pretzel. Also she never gives me the receipt.

If you have an ubereats here, cancel itnow! Wait time will be 20 mintues. They dont make customer orders until we arrive! So the order wont be ready at all. So dont waste your time on this place. You will also have to park far away from the place as well. Garage is pay to park.
