The guy that's working here is so dumb, can't get the order right, even after fixing it for 4 freaking times.

Absolutely loved it. Mecah was amazing! She was super nice and informative! Will definitely come here whenever we come shopping
My son is a pretzel boy. Today Aug 15,24 @ 4:15ish PM. I ordered him a salted pretzel cashier didn’t even bother to put it in a bag nor gave me a receipt she just handed me the pretzel in the brand tissue paper. I brought the pretzel to my son and he took a bite and told me he don’t want it because it was hard as a rock. I grabbed it to pull it all apart and it was rough and dry. A waste of almost $7 dollars. Seems like as years went by this spot has gone high on prices yet down on food quality and poor customer service.

Not sure if this customer service failure is based on management directives or Lazy employees but It’s one hour before it close and they’ve stopped cooking mini dogs. Why do they spend advertising dollars with Google ads to attract customers just to turn them away upon arrival? I wish there business model success.

They close in one hour. It’s 7 PM. They turned away a whole line of guests in front of me and me because they’re not making any more mini hotdogs for the night. I could understand if it was 15 minutes before close but an hour away? Wasn’t worth the drive over here, I didn’t buy anything.

I stopped in to finally use a reward I had earned. After pulling up the QR code the manager could not get it to work. Dejected I turned to leave and she said, “You know what? I’ll just give you one free. And here’s a drink too. Do you like lemonade?” WOW. Just WOW. This kind of person doesn’t exist any more since people are so angry all the time. She deserves a 10-star review and a raise. THANK YOU, RONNIE! I’ll remember your kindness and shall return. -Suni
thank you mecah!!! ♥️
Great food and freshly baked. Just tried the new mini pretzel pizza given by friendly Mecah.

Staff was friendly. Salted pretzel was fresh and delicious
I love this Auntie Anne’s location at Town Square. I usually order the Sour Cream & Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels. The pretzels are hot and fresh and the staff are friendly. A buzzer/ringer is handed out after placing your order, so you can walk around and return to pick up your items when the device rings.

Not serving pretzles, wait for mini bites, the only item they were serving, was 15 to 20 min.
Whenever I stop at this location the staff is always friendly! It's a must stop when walking around Town Square! Their lemonade is amazing and their almond pretzels always hit the spot especially with the sweet cream dipping sauce. Soo good!
