I stopped in to finally use a reward I had earned. After pulling up the QR code the manager could not get it to work. Dejected I turned to leave and she said, “You know what? I’ll just give you one free. And here’s a drink too. Do you like lemonade?” WOW. Just WOW. This kind of person doesn’t exist any more since people are so angry all the time. She deserves a 10-star review and a raise. THANK YOU, RONNIE! I’ll remember your kindness and shall return. -Suni

Never had a pretzel anything from Auntie Anne's. I've seen the store in many airports. I'm hungry and there's still a long list of to-dos. Go for it!Jenni was a the counter and was just charming. I asked about the offerings. No pretzel dogs right now, pepperoni bites were hot out of the oven. Going with it. Pretty good and plentiful. Me thinks I'd enjoy the hot dog better. I'm coming back next month to try'um out!

Love Auntie Anne's snacks, particularly her cinnamon flavored pretzels. They are great for snacks, but just make sure don't eat them close to mealtime. Otherwise, it will spoiled one's appetite for a formal meal. Obviously, I learned the hard way, thanks to its generous size.

They run a scam where they try to charge you for more than what you order, plus the staff has attitude problems and do not want to work.
I work near this location so Ive grab pretzels from here many times and It seems every employee here has an attitude problem from the top to the bottom. Terrible customer service.

I love this Auntie Anne’s location at Town Square. I usually order the Sour Cream & Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels. The pretzels are hot and fresh and the staff are friendly. A buzzer/ringer is handed out after placing your order, so you can walk around and return to pick up your items when the device rings.

Located in the Fashion Show mall on the Vegas strip. Wanted a snack to hold me over til dinner, so got in the line for Auntie Anne's. Line goes by pretty smoothly and fast. Looked at the menu and ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel ; they told me they were out. I asked what other pretzels were available... the worker told us they aren't currently serving any regular pretzels due to Covid only pretzels bites at this time. Super disappointed; but after waiting in line ordered the hot dog pretzel bites. They were warm and curved our appetite and held us til dinner. Menu is limited. If you aren't serving regular pretzels; should take them off the menu or least put up sign stating this.
