I asked for fresh pretzels since my toddlers will only eat them if they’re hot. Employee was so nice about it told us the wait was about three minutes. As soon as they came out he gave us our order and they were amazing! I was able to use my rewards for a free pretzel bites and they even gave us a large. The employee even put them on separate bags so my kids had their own. ?
A little pricey but this place was probably the best one I’ve been to. We will stop here again when in the airport

Salty, sweet and fat. Could be better. They didn't want to serve it in a small cup. Or even put it in one. I think they did no small cups at all. They only serve the prepared cups. And they had just done them be asked specifically if they were going to fill in some more soon so I could get a small one to taste. I was worried it was going to be salty. He didn't even think he could just give a piece for me to try and judge before buying. Some flexibility would be appreciated.

Great experience on free pretzel day.

Says it’s open at 4:00AM, I came at 4:30 and the lady behind the counter working was extremely rude, was ignoring me when I kept saying “Ma’am” and then when I finally got her attention she said they’re closed. I asked what time they open and she said “uhhhh not till 5:30”.

Quick and easy option in a pinch. Waited 12 minutes for a pretzel with no butter but it was really good and freshly baked.

Arrived at 425 because this says they open at 4. They told us they would be open "in 20 minutes.

Horrible service, which made pretzels less wonderful. The two ladies were very rude and demeaning. Didn’t see a smile, didn’t get a response or even eye contact. They acted like they didn’t see or hear me (selectively). So unhappy at their job… Yet i still tipped out of habit. What for?

Avoid this location. Prices are out of control. They now charge for dipping sauce that used to be included. $17 per person for pretzel bites and a drink. Ridiculous. Quality has also suffered as well as service. So, pay more for less in every aspect.

I ordered the original pretzel with no butter, so it was made fresh, I had to wait 12 minutes. It was delicious.

At Auntie Anne's , the quick service was a savior before my flight. The scent of fresh pretzels lured me in, but the taste didn't match the aroma for some reason. Even so, the mini pizza surprisingly hit the spot. The staff's cheerfulness and the availability of snacks made the limited choices forgivable. Overall, a decent grab-and-go option amid airport constraints.

Honestly, it didn't look like much but it was really pretty flavorful and it hit the spot for a quick breakfast before my flight home. The pretzel bun was surprisingly good and the sausage had a little zing. The service was fast and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to go back here for breakfast on the go. There's not a lot to say about atmosphere so I rated that neutral. It's just a grab and go place. The bottle of water was overpriced but that's the convenience tax.

I have a hard time resisting Auntie Anne's if I catch a whiff. We waited in line for quite some time. Pretzels were just not as good at this location. They were too fluffy and lacking expected flavor.

I had a great experience at Auntie Anne's Las Vegas Terminal D location. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious and fresh, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick snack.

When I ask for a receipt and you go and dig it out of the garbage can and hand it to me that's pretty disgusting. I'm sure you can understand that I don't want to eat with the same hands that have handled garbage right? Think about it, I'm supposed to take my food into the bathroom so that way I can wash my hands because I handled garbage receipt, and now my food is just you know hanging out in the bathroom, think this through a little bit guys.
